Legal and Licensed bright 2 bedroom basement suite in a new mountain area of Penticton (Sendero Canyon) . Queen size beds in both bedrooms. Full kitchen , in suite laundry , full bath with tub and shower. WiFi , T.V. and cable. Air conditioning . Fully furnished with full cooking supplies , amenities including BBQ . Front door entrance. Front porch with amazing views of mountains and stunning sunsets. 15 min from the start of the Naramata Wineries.

A Great Quiet Place to Stay

We stayed for two nights over May Long. Janet was a lovely host. Have already recommended this spot to friends plan big trips over the summer

Very comfortable and wonderful hosts

A friend and I spent 4 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Marc and Janet were very responsive and were very good resources. We would return to this property on a future visit to Penticton.

Brand new and super nice!

My mom and I were there for a funeral. Stayed 3 nights. Found it to be very clean and comfortable. Everything you need. Gorgeous mountain views.

Great location, clean and new, great host

The check in process was very straightforward and easy. The host reached out to make sure we were comfortable yet ensured we had privacy throughout our stay. The suite was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect for us, close to attractions but far enough away to feel like we're in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Bright and clean

Bright, clean, nicely decorated and easily accessible to downtown and the beaches. Had all the equipment we needed and we enjoyed our stay. Quiet neighborhood.

Amazing rental. It is extremely well kept and very clean. It has everything you need.

Janet and Marc are fantastic landlords. The property is lovely. The front view is exceptional, with a park across the street and a super view down the canyon. The neighbours are all very friendly. There are walking trails close by. Lots of nature! We enjoyed nightly drives down the canyon to see many deer eating the grass and lounging in people yards. We highly recommend this property as a vacation rental. You will enjoy it!

Very comfortable and well equipped suite

Our stay at this basement suite was excellent. Unit has a well equipped kitchen with a outside bbq and the queen size beds were very comfortable Covered veranda was great to sit out on to enjoy the evening sunsets and bbq that evening meal. Building construction happening in the area but was always quiet around 4pm. Janet was very accommodating when we had questions. Unit is new and very clean would gladly stay again if we are back in the area.

Truly a home away from home!

Janet and Mark have provided an AMAZING place to stay! Their suite is modern, clean and very comfortable. We felt so lucky to have found this gem! The location is perfect! Only a few minutes from downtown and the bench so you are close to everything that you need! The evenings are so quiet and relaxing that we both remarked that we haven't slept so well in such a long time! Janet and Mark were great hosts and available for whatever we needed! I really cannot say enough nice things! Suffice to say that I told everyone I knew about this place on Instagram as soon as we got here! We will definitely be coming back and sending everyone that we know! Thank you, Janet and Mark, for proving such wonderful accommodations for our mini vacation!

All Good, except...

My sister and I and our spouses booked this unit for our father's 83rd birthday. We had a great visit and the size of the unit and location worked fine for us! The only draw back was that the air conditioning had some problems and unfortunately the owners were away so it took some time for them to get their contact to try and fix it. It was a warm night, especially the second night, and the air con would have been much appreciated. Communication with the owners was good and we feel they did their best to get it fixed. We would definitely stay here again!

Penticton rental

This was a very pleasant place to stay on our Penticton holiday. Clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. It had little extras that was a nice touch, including a great selection of books to read. Nicely decorated, comfortable beds, large closets, washer and dryer. Easy street parking and a nice patio to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine. Lovely Hosts.

Janet and Marc are formerly from Coquitlam, BC, having raised 3 children and being in the beauty industry for 38 yrs., it was always our dream to live in the Okanogan. That dream became a reality in 2017. In addition, being Salon owners for 27 years, we have created a vacation rental with an attention to detail that will give our clients a relaxing, comfortable, vacation experience.
