This place is a gem. It's not large, but it's spotless and has a well-equipped kitchen as well as a washer/dryer. The outdoor spaces--balcony and patio--were a treat, especially since we had lovely weather. For us, the key plus was that the rental is literally on the Galloping Goose trail. No need to put the bikes in the rack and drive to a trailhead. This place was built with love and attention to detail. Owner was more than responsive to our questions. Would happily stay here again if we return to Sooke.

Second time staying here….we love it! Sooke is an amazing place to visit….great hiking trails and of course cycling ‘The Goose’, which is just steps away.

This accommodation is a gem in every way. Ultra clean, excellent location, quiet and peaceful ambiance, superb service. The details such as extra pillows, blankets, washer/dryer, comfortable beds, great kitchen, quality throughout, are so appreciated. Not to mention the various outdoor areas and amenities that are made available in the hosts beautiful, private, spacious ‘back yard’.

Station house 2554 is on the second floor. It is located on a large piece of beautiful property. Everything clean and well-maintained. In forested land right next to the lovely galloping goose trail. Hosts were onsite and welcoming. Parking immediately next to the apartment.

Clean, family friendly. Kitchen had all the essentials needed. Check-in and out process was simple. Near some great beaches, loved our stay!

This is our third time staying at the Station House on Laura and Stephen's property. Everything was perfect, as always. Beautiful location, very quiet, comfortable beds, and hosts who respond to questions and requests immediately. You can't go wrong staying here!

Everything you need, peaceful, great location, very clean and comfortable, deer and lush landscape. Great parking, easy access. Hosts very accessible and prompt with info.

Sooke getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Peaceful and accessible to great hiking trails. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for, especially the evening campfire and the fire station tour.

Perfect spot on the Galloping Goose!

We spent 4 nights here and everything was perfect! A quiet, peaceful setting, with direct access to the Galloping Goose Rail Trail. The grounds are lovely, beds are comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. We found so much to do in Sooke besides the cycling.

Getaway

The place was easy to locate and check in was seamless! Place was clean and neat and just what we needed for our little getaway. Love that we could also bring our dog!
