Our stay at the Lucca property was excellent. The home was charming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for exploring the historic city. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a warm and comfortable experience. We would absolutely stay here again.

What a great stay!!!

This is a great property. It’s close to everything, in fact, we found our favorite restaurant Marzo just steps away from the front door. Everybody was nice when we got there. Helpful told us exactly what we needed to do. We had plenty of space for everybody, including the kids highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay here.

Elizabeth was super friendly and helpful at check in. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures show, it is peaceful and in the perfect location to explore the city by foot. We absolutely loved being here and we will be back! Thank you

One of the nicest apartments I have rented

This was one of the nicest places I have rented. The accommodation was of an excellent standard throughout, spacious and light. There were two flats joined together, one of which has a a super lounge and the other has a super kitchen. The lounge (pictured) is a very nice space to relax in. Air conditioning throughout. With access to both flats, we got the best of the accommodation. It is a short walk (10s of metres) from the centre of Lucca but on a side-street away from the noise. The staff allowed us to leave luggage in their office on our last day so we did not have to drag it around. One of bedrooms is behind a false door in panelling but if you close that then the person in the room cannot get out (!). This might need a handle on the inside of the door.

The apartment is in a nice location and decorated very nice

We could get to the town very easily.The apartment has a 2 fully equipped kitchens/dining area which are brilliant for entertainment. We want to come back soon!

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment located just a few blocks from all the main shopping, restaurants, and sites of Lucca. The furnishings were all very new and the apartment is exactly as pictured in the photos.

A real treat!

Elizabeth was a friendly and responsive host. The place had comfy beds, good WiFi, and was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed free concerts when lovely live music came from nearby Palazzo Pfanner. A real treat!

Wonderful Lucca apartment

Location is quiet still close to restaurants, shops and city walls for a walk. Actually there are two appartements with a common large dinner area perfect for two families or a group. The decoration is high class. Hard to say things were almost perfect

A very comfortable stay

We are very happy with our stay and the apartment was exactly what was described in the listing. Lucca is a beautiful and historic city with lots of great restaurants and shopping. Check in was smooth and we really appreciated having the air-conditioning throughout the entire apartment. The apartment is located within a short walk of the train station but if you arriving by car, long term parking is a good 15 minute walk away as the historic town of Lucca is a ZTL zone.

We would love to come back and stay again.

The two apartments are renovated beautifully. It is the perfect mix of a beautiful old apartment with modern updates and amenities. We felt very spoiled by the high class design, new appliances (including A/C in every room) and space to spread out. It is located within the walls and is an easy walk to all that a guest could need. We would love to come back and stay again.

We were a group of 8 ladies on a long weekend break and all had a wonderful stay in Lucca. The apartment was perfect and the beds super comfy. It is in a central location so was ideal. We walked everywhere! Elizabeth, our Concierge & Guest Experience Specialist, was superb, she was always very helpful and available.

Spacious apartment

Spacious apartment, spotlessly clean. Great location right across from Palazzo Pfanner. Excellent guide book left in the apartment. Nice amenities. WiFi and AC worked well. Everything was beautifully furnished. Modern and elegant. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would happily stay there again!

The apartment lacks fro nothing.

More time is the only thing we wished for in the wonderful city of Lucca at the perfect apartment of Lucca Apartments and Villas. The apartment lacks for nothing. Beautiful, efficient and comfortable, it is well positioned in the city for any activity. The taxi stand is also only steps away, but we walked from the train station very easily.

We had a fantastic family week in Casa Titti.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable beds for all eight adults in our party. The communication with Lucca Apartments was excellent and the in person check in was much appreciated. We were provided with lots of information including recommendations for a private chef who cooked us a wonderful meal. The apartment is in the perfect location,within walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. It is also walking distance (15 mins) from the train station for days out, including a half hour journey to Pisa. There is so much to do in Lucca - we filled a week with churches, museums, galleries and a lovely walk on the old town walls.

Beautiful stay

The apartment was beautiful and welcoming. All of the beds were extremely uncomfortable. They desperately need to be replaced. The washers were not great. They didn’t work very well. It took all day to dry my clothes. Please install smoke alarms!

Lovely Month's Visit in Lucca

We had the opportunity to stay in this lovely apartment for an extended stay for one month. We found the apartment to be of high quality design and function. It is the ideal design for an extended visit. The owner has done an outstanding job of design and reconstruction of the apartment and building. The furnishings, appliances, and kitchen supplies are of high quality and plentiful for an extended visit. The location of the building is ideal, since it is a quiet area, yet close to shopping and the wall for extended walks around the town. You have a number of choices for parking close to the building, which can be accessed in 5 to 10 minutes. Elizabeth was our host during our stay, and was delightful and attentive to our needs.
