Enjoy Albuquerque (ABQ) in this recently renovated, fully furnished, 1-bedroom, 1 bath, 485 sf casita conveniently located in Nob Hill.

Fully-stocked kitchen and household essentials. Brand new appliances (gas stove, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher). Sleeps 2-3: New Queen bed in bedroom and new full sleeper sofa in living room. TV, Wi-Fi, and full size washer and dryer. Air conditioning and off-street parking.

Smoke-free and pet-free home.  

We live in a wonderful, quiet and safe older neighborhood that is within 10-15 minute walk to Nob Hill shopping, restaurants, galleries, La Montanita Co-Op, bus lines and parks. The ABQ airport, University of New Mexico, Presbyterian and UNM Hospitals, CNM, the VA, Kirtland AFB, Downtown and Freeway are also nearby.  

Perfect home away from home for traveling professionals, visiting scholars, house hunters, summer interns, and others planning a short-term stay in ABQ.

Jennifer was awesome- very much in contact throughout the stay but also felt as if we were in our own home. Not invasive, but very helpful. The casita is inviting and homey.

Balloon Festival

The casita had several special touches to welcome us. We were comfortable and felt well cared for. The property manager was very kind and helpful answering questions about our itinerary and they both seemed interested in our family members. It was a great experience. Thank you!!

Jenn and Gene are always the best!

The casita is perfect for a short stay and in a great location. They take good care of it and you while you are there. Second time I've stayed, and so long as it's open, I'll keep staying the there.

Nice and quiet. Perfect for short or long visits.

Whether you are a solo act or a couple, this is a nice one bedroom place to stay with easy access to Central and a short drive to almost everything else. Jenn and Gene were wonderful hosts (they live in the house right in front of the Casita). Always check in to make sure you have everything and even help if you need it. Highly recommend staying here.
