The cottage was very cosy and clean, with everything that we needed for our 3 night stay. The hot tub was amazing and we enjoyed using it, especially after our days out, despite the weather!!The hosts Debora and Paul were very helpful when we couldn't access the property with the code given by the agent. Would highly recommend a stay here and will be back. Thank Debora and Paul

Delightful secluded location

A most beautiful quiet location with a pretty, secure garden, lovely outlook and easy parking for 2 cars. The living room and bedrooms were exceptionally comfortable. The hot tub is an extra treat.

Short stay

Excellent cottage with all you require. Quiet, comfortable and good facilities for the dogs including field to roam. Very good local (10 mins away) pub with excellent food (not open mons/ tues). Getting out and about a bit need car.

Super dog friendly location

Great enclosed garden, dog friendly interior, fabulous field and riverbank for the dogs to chase squirrels. Home was super clean, cosy and comfortable. Good accessibility to Gower and the brecons and waterfalls. Fab stay. Great host.

Very Good

Awesome place, very clean and lovely. Pictures are spot on and got exactly what was described to us.Had a slight issue with the key on arrival but got it sorted and in the house within 15 min of contacting the owners.Definitely coming again in the summer possibly.10/10

Lovely time lovely property

A lovely stay at a lovely dog friendly property . Very private yet accessible location ideal base for exploring the Gower and Mumbles as well as Swansea . Some times “dog friendly secure gardens “ aren’t but this one was .

Magical Cottage.

Cottage was just amazing.So cosy, yet it’s huge inside.Beautiful location, stunning gardens, birds and squirrels non stop, couldn’t of wished for a more perfect setting. Owners next door are lovely, arrived as strangers , leaving as friends.Can’t wait to come back.Just perfect.

Condition, size and amount of towels was appalling. Only if you're a 5 yr old would the towels cover you. The towels were old and 1 hand towel between 4 people is not enough. No hand towel in the kitchen either. No electric shaver socket in the bathroom for electric toothbrush etc. and no lighting over the basin. The entire house needs updating, it looks very tired and old fashioned. No fans supplied in the house and upstairs is stifling in the heat. Bigger mirrors in the bedrooms instead of handheld ones needed and bedside cushion covers/bedspread needed washing and should be replaced for each holiday tenant. The floors were dirty, as we found out, (we always take our shoes off indoors). Rugs and sofa/armchairs need vaxing desperately as stains/dirt visible on them. Kitchen is very old/not fit for purpose. When you open the cupboards they give off an overpowering musty/mildew odour which is very unpleasant. Very under equipped in the kitchen in terms of dishes/utensils. The outdoor table for eating was filthy dirty, you couldn't eat at the table. The field and river was nice, but the field had dog poo in.(The owners have dog(s)). No welcome pack (even though it states there will be one provided).Two tea bags, two coffee sachets and capsules of long life milk do not make a welcome pack at all! Although the accommodation was in a woodland setting, the noise from nearby main roads did not provide a tranquil ambience as portrayed on the website description. A big no no from us.

Dog faeces in the garden on arrival, people next door (the owners ?) Not picking up their dog faeces from the private field, field was full of faeces, 3 kitchen cupboards had no handle, somebody came on to the property whilst we were out & moved some of our belongings about, not sure if they went in to the house. They have no right to enter that property when it's rented out unless for an emergency or pre-planned maintenance which should be done when nobody has rented the property. Neighbour spent 2 hours for 2 nights cutting wood with a chainsaw, noisy as hell, on the Friday night they guests making noise & playing music until 3am, definitely not a quiet property to rent.

Wonderful short break

The Cottage was absolutely beautiful..totally dog friendly for our 2 daschunds..location perfect so peaceful and private..absolutely fantastic for seeing our son and grand children in Swansea..Will definitely return

Beautiful area

The cottage was as expected from the pictures. Our dogs loved the secure garden and attached field. We were welcomed with a lovely card and milk tea coffee and biscuits.
