Beach Home - 5 Minutes /2 Blocks Walk To Virginia Beach Oceanfront & Boardwalks.

A beautiful new build in the Virginia Beach Boardwalk area. This 3 story town-home (similar to a Duplex House) is the perfect getaway to enjoy a day at the beach! Only 5 minutes away from the Oceanfront Boardwalk, you can enjoy an evening walk or have dinner at one of hundreds of restaurants in the resort area. At home you can enjoy a cookout on the back patio and watch a movie with friends and family in the open living room. Natural light will fill the house through strategically placed windows, bringing in the glow of the sun all throughout the day.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. First master bedroom and 2 other rooms are at second floor. Second master bedroom is third floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bathroom are downstairs. Full-size washer and dryer also available at second floor.The house is equipped with 2 bran new ac heating system to ensure clean air and comfortable environment for all guest. It’s a 3 year old town-home have been built by 2014. So everything is grand new, same thing as furniture, equipment. Internet, cable already includes.
For your safety, the house is monitored by 7 exterior camera surveillance system. The system covers are: 2 monitored at front door and front yard, 1 by the back door, 2 monitored by garage and driveway, the other 2 cover the side way, and the fence.
Also we provide key less entry for all door inside, outside the house. Beach chair, grill, etc....available for you during the time you stay.

I wish you enjoy your time at my house. There are house rules applied to ensure guests will enjoy a real quality clean and comfortable house.

This property is perfectly located within walking distance to the beach as well as ice cream stores and restaurants. The house is fully stocked with everything that you need. The host is amazing and gets back to you immediately. My only negative would be that some of the kids mattresses on the smaller beds are very uncomfortable. All the other beds were comfortable. All the towels and linens were pristine highly recommend renting this property.

We had an incredible time at this property and cannot recommend it enough. It truly hit every mark for a perfect vacation rental!The Space & Aesthetics: The property is absolutely beautiful. It’s clean, modern, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home the moment we walked through the door.Functionality & Amenities: Beyond being gorgeous, it is incredibly functional. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the layout was perfect for our group. You can tell the hosts put a lot of thoughtful care into providing everything a guest might need.The Location: You couldn’t ask for a better location! It was peaceful and quiet, yet incredibly convenient to local attractions, dining, and the beach. Getting around was an absolute breeze.Anthony responded quickly and was pleasant to communicate with throughout the process. Hope to come back again !!!

Anthony was the most responsive host I have dealt with. Unbeknownst to him, the dishwasher had died. Once we noticed I contacted him and he came right over and had a new one to the unit the next morning. The location really couldn’t be better for the price of this unit, and it was plenty big for all of us! There is a ton of beach equipment and carts to use, a grill and a second fridge in the garage. There are also 2 sets of washer/ dryers. The kitchen is well stocked and there are even little essentials to use during your visit. We enjoyed the large kitchen table and played cards half the nights. We will be back next time we are in the area, we had a really great week!!

Great Family Vacation

Nice house for a summer vacation. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 2 kids. Will stay further up the boardwalk next time but this location was suitable for the trip.

Enjoyed our stay in VA Beach. The house was well supplied and clean and the owner promptly responded to our requests. It can be a little noisy in the house in during the day when the jets are practicing takeoffs and landings overhead but it’s fun to go out and watch. Only wish the weather had been warmer and maybe a little less windy. Would recommend to anyone needing a place that can sleep and wants to be close to the beach.

Great location and lots of space!

Property is clean and has everything you could need. It was a quick trip for us 3-nights only for a business conference at the Marriott - only a 10 minute drive in any direction to convention centers and other business destinations.

Great place by the boardwalk

Property is exactly as described 3 blocks from the sand and sea. Spacious rooms and nice clean bathrooms. Great main level living room, kitchen and dining room. Garage is a great place to hang out. We really enjoyed the property. Very easy check in and out.
