A charming apartment: Spring is here in Liguria!

Enjoy Liguria in this quiet apartment, located a 10- to 15-minute walk from the beach in Celle Ligure (SV). It has been recently renovated, features air conditioning, and is on an upper floor with an elevator. It’s a one-bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 + 1 travel crib for a small child (one double bedroom with TV, living room with TV and a sofa bed), and a kitchenette equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven.
For the little ones, an IKEA high chair and a travel crib are available.
There is a convenient and spacious walk-in closet at the entrance, a hallway closet with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron, and a bathroom with a double shower—spacious and very comfortable.
Surrounding the apartment is a spacious balcony perfect for relaxing, offering a splendid unobstructed view of the sea and the mountains, complete with a table and chairs where you can enjoy a relaxing morning coffee while admiring the sea or host lunches and dinners in the cool sea breeze. The dining area is equipped with a large electric awning.
There is a sunbathing area with comfortable reclining lounge chairs.
Linens are not provided.
Pets are not allowed.

The apartment is located on the very first hill behind the historic center, a 10–15-minute walk (5 minutes by car) from the Celle Ligure waterfront, all shops and services, and the train station. If you wish to walk to town, you can take the main road for cars (about 600 meters from the waterfront) or a convenient and quiet, gently sloping pedestrian path—also suitable for children—that winds through the houses (about 900 meters from the beaches).
In front of the apartment building, there is a building-owned parking lot (subject to availability; no assigned spots), or another free public parking lot about 200 meters away.
Celle Ligure is a 2022 Blue Flag destination, offering sandy beaches (a wide public beach or equipped beach clubs—see the Augustus or Lido beach clubs for reference) or small pebble beaches.
