A spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment offering contemporary, stylish living in the heart of south-west London.

This fantastic home features a large paved terrace offering views of London’s skyline and has the added convenience of its own parking space for one car.

It is located on the fifth floor, with lift, of an exclusive modern development on Upper Richmond Road moments from East Putney underground and within easy reach of Putney mainline station.

The flat is well presented throughout with wooden flooring, neutral decor, high specification appliances and has an abundance of natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and doors.

The generous accommodation comprises an entrance hall with built-in storage cupboards, leading onto the bright open-plan dual aspect living area providing ample space for relaxing, dining or working from home.

The lounge area with two massive, comfy sofas is ideal for relaxing or watching the Smart TV and has direct access onto the wonderful glass-screened private terrace with large table for al-fresco dining, lots of plants and deck-chairs for watching sunrise and sunset.

The kitchen area comprises a modern range of wall and base units with work surfaces and a casual dining island with two bar stools. It is fully equipped with all amenities ideal for self-catering including induction hob with overhead extractor, electric oven and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail and large well-lit mirror. Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed that can be separated into two singles upon request. You must inform the reservations team at the time of booking if you would like the 2nd Bedroom configured into a twin room (two single beds). We may not be able to accommodate last minute requests due to our supplier order and delivery schedule. If you do not specify, the 2nd Bedroom will be configured as a king bed. It has use of a family bathroom with bathtub and hand-held shower attachment, towel rail and large mirror.

With its super-large terraces and light filled rooms, this modern apartment really does have the wow factor for guests seeking contemporary London living.


The Location
The apartment building is located on Upper Richmond Road and has a small supermarket on the ground floor, ideal for day-to-day provisions. It is ideally situated for central Putney with its selection of fashionable bars, cafes and shops. The Homeowner recommends the French Gazette Brasserie, Holy Cow Indian restaurant and takeaway who deliver to the apartment or international cuisine at Home SW15. The Prince of Wales pub is nearby and the Homeowner says the best coffee in Putney is found at the Artisan Coffee shop at 203 Upper Richmond Road.
East Putney Underground Station on the district line is one minute walk away with Putney mainline station just a little further. The A3 is easily accessible and there are also excellent bus links to central London, Clapham Junction and Richmond.
There is a wealth of beautiful open spaces nearby including Wandsworth Park, Wimbledon Common, Richmond Park and the banks of the River Thames are a short walk away.

Excellent week in London

It’s always a leap of faith booking a place on line. Sometimes the pictures are too good to be true. This property was as nice, if not nicer than advertised. The property was clean, and comfortable. Had an excellent view of the city. Proximity to East Putney Underground station was very convenient. Sitting on top of a Sainsbury’s was also quite convenient. Check in process was flawless. Communication was great. Will look to rent this property again when next coming to London. Thank you for a great week.

Terrific — Easy tube ride into central London

The tube was about 1/2 block from the front door. The grocery store at the apartment building made being able to get breakfast on our own in the apartment easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates etc. The terrace was beautiful. The apartment was a real oasis. The one drawback was we counted on using the washer/dryer. The washer worked fine, but we could not get the dryer to work at all. We ended up using the terrace to dry our laundry. We hope the neighbors didn’t mind our laundry strewn all over! Either verbal instructions or the user manual would have been helpful.
