This impressive fifth-floor apartment delivers contemporary London living at its finest. Set within a modern development on Upper Richmond Road, the home benefits from a lift, secure entry, a private parking space, and a large glass-screened terrace offering far-reaching views across the city skyline.

Inside, you’ll find high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden floors, and clean, modern finishes throughout. The expansive dual-aspect open-plan living space includes two large, comfy sofas, a Smart TV, and direct access to the private terrace – perfect for al fresco dining, relaxing with a book, or enjoying sunset views. With a dining table, deckchairs, the terrace feels like an extension of the living area.

The sleek kitchen features a breakfast island with bar stools and all the appliances you need for self-catering, including an induction hob, oven, extractor, and dishwasher.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in storage, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower, heated towel rail, and well-lit mirror. The second bedroom also features a king-size bed, which can be configured as two singles upon request at the time of booking.* This room has access to a modern family bathroom with a bathtub and handheld shower.

Additional perks include generous hallway storage, central heating, and a quiet yet connected location that’s ideal for business or leisure travellers alike.

*Please note that requests to reconfigure the second bedroom must be made at the time of booking due to advance linen and supplier arrangements.

The Location
Set on Upper Richmond Road, the apartment is above a small supermarket for everyday essentials and within walking distance of Putney’s cafés, bars, and boutiques. Recommended spots include Gazette Brasserie for French cuisine, Holy Cow for Indian takeaway, and Artisan Coffee at 203 Upper Richmond Road.

East Putney Underground (District line) is a one-minute walk away, with Putney mainline station also nearby for easy access to Clapham Junction, Richmond, and central London. The A3 is easily accessible by car, and there are excellent bus links in every direction.

For green spaces, guests can explore Wandsworth Park, Wimbledon Common, and Richmond Park – all close by. The River Thames is also a short walk away for scenic strolls.

Excellent week in London

It’s always a leap of faith booking a place on line. Sometimes the pictures are too good to be true. This property was as nice, if not nicer than advertised. The property was clean, and comfortable. Had an excellent view of the city. Proximity to East Putney Underground station was very convenient. Sitting on top of a Sainsbury’s was also quite convenient. Check in process was flawless. Communication was great. Will look to rent this property again when next coming to London. Thank you for a great week.

Terrific — Easy tube ride into central London

The tube was about 1/2 block from the front door. The grocery store at the apartment building made being able to get breakfast on our own in the apartment easy. The kitchen was fully stocked with plates etc. The terrace was beautiful. The apartment was a real oasis. The one drawback was we counted on using the washer/dryer. The washer worked fine, but we could not get the dryer to work at all. We ended up using the terrace to dry our laundry. We hope the neighbors didn’t mind our laundry strewn all over! Either verbal instructions or the user manual would have been helpful.
