3 Bedroom (including sofa sleeper), 2 Bath home with plenty of room for relaxing, hanging out, dining, or conversation. Full kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 patios, game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, croquet, corn hole, badminton... If card or board games is your game of choice, we have complete 6' poker table, plus a cabinet full of variety of games. There is a gas bbq grill for those who like to grill. Down by the canal, we have a fire pit and a 20' fishing pier/boat dock. Granbury Square is just minutes away for shopping and site seeing. Fresh and Clean and ready for You!

It has everything!

This was our 3rd summer at the Crow’s Nest. It is so nice to know I don’t have to pack much because they have thought of everything. Games, fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, beach towels, fans, etc. The game room is one of my favorite places to hang out with my family playing pool, shuffleboard, ping pong or foosball. Scott and Venessa are always available if we have any concerns or questions.

This place is one for the books! My brothers and I came to celebrate a birthday and we had so much fun! The kayaks were a great time, the life vests a great safety support, with many sizes. The gas grill was set up and was stocked with propane. The firepit had firewood, the hosts provided a fire starter and smores kit. The kitchen was labelled and that helped find everything perfectly! The provided filtered water was amazing. They also provided 2 bags of ice for our convenience! There is a little bar area perfect for drink mixing! The beds were exceptional, the bathrooms stocked with whatever we needed! The game room is the highlight!!! The pool table is so fun! There is a tv and mini fridge for drinks! All around a lovely, perfect stay. Thank you so much to our hosts! We will be returning soon!

We've stayed at The Crow's Nest many times and love it every single time we're there. The owners are simply wonderful people, they are very communicative and take really good care of us. Great property on the water

This house is amazing, there is such much detail put into this house to make your stay so comfortable. We enjoyed cooking in the well appointed (and labeled!) kitchen and absolutely loved the back porch and dock area. 100% will be staying here again!

Great place

The property was even better than listed! We loved the outdoor area and game room, the kitchen was very well stocked, most comfortable beds in any rental or hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The hosts left us a very nice welcome packet with makings for s’mores, which was much appreciated. We had a great and comfortable vacation.

The house was the absolute BEST thing about our visit! I rate the property a 5 out of 5 stars. The home is lovely and very comfortable. We loved the canal and the views and the privacy and quiet of this wonderful neighborhood. Scott and Vanessa were so very kind and it was great that they checked in with us and made sure we were doing well. Thank you for sharing this house with us, it had all the comforts of home! Such good JuJu!

My group of writer friends have stayed at the Crow's Nest so many times that we've lost count. We love this for a writing retreat weekend. So cozy, perfect for spreading out, yet coming together. Great Location

The property was wonderful! Scott and Vanessa went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They thought of everything. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. The location was very close to Hunter Park and was a great place to put the boat in. We would definitely stay here again.

We are return customers, and we absolutely love this place! It is so clean, flawlessly decorated, and they always have everything set up just perfectly. It never disappoints. Great vacation home

We stayed at this property and were very impressed with the charm and amenities of the home. We enjoyed the game room where we played pool and ping pong with our College aged sons. The rooms were comfortable and the house had everything needed to cook all our meals. The backyard was wonderful, it was too cold when we visited to enjoy the lake and kayaks but we are planning to stay there again next time we visit Texas.
