3 Bedroom (including sofa sleeper), 2 Bath home with plenty of room for relaxing, hanging out, dining, or conversation. Full kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 patios, game room with pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, ping pong, croquet, corn hole, badminton... If card or board games is your game of choice, we have complete 6' poker table, plus a cabinet full of variety of games. There is a gas bbq grill for those who like to grill. Down by the canal, we have a fire pit and a 20' fishing pier/boat dock. Granbury Square is just minutes away for shopping and site seeing. Fresh and Clean and ready for You!

Great place

The property was even better than listed! We loved the outdoor area and game room, the kitchen was very well stocked, most comfortable beds in any rental or hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The hosts left us a very nice welcome packet with makings for s’mores, which was much appreciated. We had a great and comfortable vacation.

Great Location

The property was wonderful! Scott and Vanessa went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and convenient. They thought of everything. The kids and adults enjoyed the game room. The location was very close to Hunter Park and was a great place to put the boat in. We would definitely stay here again.

The home

The home and stay was one of the most memorable and amazing stays we could have had with our family it was the perfect Spring Break. The Home exceeded our expectations and had everything we needed for our stay. Scott and Venessa Brown were amazing Host and answered every question we needed answered. Definitely the most comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again. Go Frogs!!

This was by far one of the nicest rentals I’ve ever been in with so many special touches!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was super clean. We wanted for nothing. I truly just needed to bring my clothes. The owners were prompt, responsive and gracious in all their communications. We are already planning on a return visit and I will be bragging about how nice it was to coworkers, friends and family. Thanks for a lovely stay!!

Great place for families!

This place has everything-from blow dryers to extra charging cords. They have thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. We enjoyed the family games and puzzles and the kids loved the game room. The dock is perfect for fishing and there are also floats to use as well. The kitchen has everything labeled which makes it so easy to find what you need. The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and washcloths. There are also beach towels that were great for swimming. Our grandson also enjoyed one of the dvds they had. This place is awesome-don’t miss out on this one!

This place is one for the books! My brothers and I came to celebrate a birthday and we had so much fun! The kayaks were a great time, the life vests a great safety support, with many sizes. The gas grill was set up and was stocked with propane. The firepit had firewood, the hosts provided a fire starter and smores kit. The kitchen was labelled and that helped find everything perfectly! The provided filtered water was amazing. They also provided 2 bags of ice for our convenience! There is a little bar area perfect for drink mixing! The beds were exceptional, the bathrooms stocked with whatever we needed! The game room is the highlight!!! The pool table is so fun! There is a tv and mini fridge for drinks! All around a lovely, perfect stay. Thank you so much to our hosts! We will be returning soon!

It has everything!

This was our 3rd summer at the Crow’s Nest. It is so nice to know I don’t have to pack much because they have thought of everything. Games, fully stocked kitchen, kayaks, beach towels, fans, etc. The game room is one of my favorite places to hang out with my family playing pool, shuffleboard, ping pong or foosball. Scott and Venessa are always available if we have any concerns or questions.

The house was the absolute BEST thing about our visit! I rate the property a 5 out of 5 stars. The home is lovely and very comfortable. We loved the canal and the views and the privacy and quiet of this wonderful neighborhood. Scott and Vanessa were so very kind and it was great that they checked in with us and made sure we were doing well. Thank you for sharing this house with us, it had all the comforts of home! Wife's Birthday

Holy mackerel this place was awesome it was everything thy advertised about and more. It was the wife's birthday so I did all the planning and finding the location so was a bit nerves about the hole thing but it was great. The attichen thy give to detail was incredible and the place was decorated extremely will. Long story short i will definitely be back.

The Best Granbury getaway

The "Crow's Nest" was wonderful. We stay at rentals all the time. This was the best stocked house of all. It had everything. The kitchen had more stuff than home. Anything you could want to cook and enjoy your stay. A full air conditioned game room complete with pool table, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball and then some. Enjoying the lake is easy with kayaks, life jackets, floats and more. Beds are comfortable and TVs in every room. Perfect for a family stay or just friends. I would stay here again.

Such good JuJu!

My group of writer friends have stayed at the Crow's Nest so many times that we've lost count. We love this for a writing retreat weekend. So cozy, perfect for spreading out, yet coming together.
