The Condo was clean and well laid out. Check in and Check out was very easy. We had zero issues and had a Great time. I would definitely recommend this Condo. Thank you.

Excellent beachside property. Jeff was excellent host and attentive to our communications. Condo was near elevators and walkway to parking lot. Well supplied unit. We will be back !!!

We had a great vacation at this property!! The condo was beautifully decorated. The outdoor furniture on the balcony was so comfortable and we spent hours out there looking at the amazing view of the ocean. The bed was comfortable, the showers never ran out of hot wate the air conditioning was always nice and cool. It only took a few minutes to walk across to the beach. The pool was amazing. The ice cream shop downstairs had delicious ice cream and we went there twice! Convenient to great restaurants and the sidewalk running the length of Miramar beach was great for exercise. I can’t say enough good things! We loved it here and definitely will be back. The one and only thing that could make it better would be if beach service were included in the rental.

Family Vacation

This place was amazing. We were on the 6th floor and the view from the balcony of the beach was 😍. The kids, ages 15-4, loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Spring vacation

This was our second time in Destin and second stay in Majestic Sun. We will be back! The location is great and the condo was just perfect!

This condo was great. It was in a great location, a walk across the street from the beach, restaurants and bars. Perfect couples get away destination.

Great news. Thanks. We are going to replace the carpeting with a much cleaner look in the last week of September. New Photos will be added in November after all the renovations have been completed. New bathroom renovations coming in September too.

Vacation stay at majestic sun

The condo was amazing. The property could use some work. The pool is not big enough for the amount of people staying at majestic sun.

Really cute unit right on the beach, perfect for a quick family trip. The only downside was having to get to the beach from the back of the property instead of being able to leave the building at the front. Even still, the walk wasn’t too bad. Unit looks exactly like the photos.

Beach Vacay!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The view and beach access were wonderful. The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if the room provided beach chairs. We did purchase 4 and left them in the room. We hope future guests can use and enjoy them!

Loved it

The condo was clean and super cute. It also had a very equipped kitchen. Fit all 4 of us comfortably. Loved the convenient location. Parking and elevators were never an issue. We will definitely be back.

Perfect couples getaway

The home not done enough justice by the online photos, it is beautiful! The accommodations were surprisingly just as comfortable as ours at home, and everything that we needed for the week was there for us. I may recommend painting a caution color for the threshold going out to the balcony, we tripped over it multiple times each.

I am sorry that happened. I will speak to the resort cleaning department. They should not arrive until 10am checkout.

Great view

This condo was nicely decorated. The king size bed was super comfortable and the view was amazing! We enjoyed our time there. The condo was clean but honestly could use a good deep clean. And the check-in process was a little confusing and late, scheduled at 5pm. Otherwise, we had good stay and enjoyed the location and amenities.

Condo is nice

Over all the condo is nice but it could use a better cleaning service. There was a musty smell right when you walk in and found multiple spots off mold. The tile grout right in front of fridge and then the hallway bathroom door has mold. Communication was pretty good but we never received gate codes, WiFi information or were even told we had to wear bracelets to the pool so we got in trouble for that. The condo is really cute and location is perfect. You can walk to a lot of things. We had a great time over all.

Vacation July 2023

This unit was just as advertised couldn't be happier with the unit. The majestic sun as a whole was kind of a letdown though. The elevators were pretty awful 2/3 actually worked and when you did finally get on it made a stop on every floor all the way down and since this unit was on 9 it got pretty old. But the location was good just wish the majestic sun had more private beach the public beach was way to close and crowded the premium umbrellas
