The property is in a perfect location, just a 1-minute drive from 2 supermarkets and less than 5 minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo and Praia do Evaristo.



The Space:

Inside the villa is beautifully decorated throughout and includes fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room, one double bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor balcony of Patroves Ranch is a seating area with a table perfect for enjoying the view of the sea. Outside the villa has a fully fenced/walled garden offering full privacy and an outdoor pool.



Less than 5 minutes from the beaches of São Rafael, Praia da Coelha, Praia do Castelo and Praia do Evaristo.



Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £250. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).



Please note, any additional guests would sleep on a Z bed with a supplement cost of £150 per person.
