Modern Coastal House near Whitstable with Spectacular Sea Views

Contemporary modern home with large sun terraces to allow you to enjoy alfresco dinning. The constantly changing coastal views and sunsets can be enjoyed all year around through the large double glazed windows. The house is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties to avoid disturbing our neighbours.
Why not enjoy a stroll along the beach and visit the working harbour of Whitstable where you can sample local oysters from the many trendy restaurants.
We prefer a minimum of 3 nights stay and 5 nights in the popular summer months although we can be flexible if an additional charge of £150 is paid towards the additional cleaning required for shorter stays.

My family of three generations stayed here for a long weekend, we had a blast, and had loads of space. The balcony view was unreal and made us not want to leave! Very close to the sea and a nice stroll/quick drive to the town. Would 100% recommend!

The house is really spacious with everything there you could possibly need. We were 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room. Location is perfect within easy reach of the town and the beach on your doorstep. Amazing views overlooking the sea. The host was accommodating and reactive to any queries. We loved our stay there would highly recommend.

Amazing panoramic sea views from all rooms. Fabulous sunsets to watch whilst relaxing on the huge balcony. Great to have the two areas of garden space too. Phil the host was professional, friendly and quick to rectify any niggles. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Philip was an excellent host. Smooth communication and entry to the property. The house was a real treat. A huge longe/dining area for us all to gather in and a spectacular view through the panoramic windows and bi-fold door. Very clean throughout with lots of bathrooms making it comfortable with two families. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beach access was nearby and even though it was hot, people were quite happy to walk into Whitstable. A wonderful stay. Thank you.

Lovely property with ample room and stunning views. We were a party of 9 adults and the bedroom configuration was perfect. We sat out on the balcony a lot of the time and enjoyed the sunsets. The beach is a 5 minute walk and Ocado delivery to the property. Communication with the host was easy and reliable.The kitchen is small when cooking for 9 but we managed fine. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Spectacular views, very spacious bedrooms and communal areas. Five minute walk to the beach, 25-30 min walk to town via the beach. It was nice to be this distance, it was a lovely walk by the sea and helped to digest the fish and chips!

This was a perfect house for a large family with grandchildren. We did quite a lot of cooking and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed. Evenings were spent on the balcony overlooking the sea - perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Five minutes walk to the beach. There is also a large garden area to the side of the house which was ideal for the children's badminton. Use of the large garage meant that we could store the paddle boards and paraphernalia safely.All in all, Philip's generosity to holiday makers staying in this great house shines through. We will be back next year!Lynn, Colin, children and grandchildren.

Beautiful property

What a perfect place for 3 generations of Americans ranging from 19 to 89 to stay for a family wedding. Amazing views, very peaceful and plenty of space. It was just perfect for our needs and we could not have been luckier to find this place!!!

Spacious, comfortable property overlooking the beach. The peace and quiet especially in the early morning is only disturbed by the birds and the occasional train. We were 7 adults and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous house

A perfect stay for 5 friends. Very comfortable, amazing views and within easy walking distance to local pub, and Whitstable shops and restaurants.

Our second return trip in 10 years. Love the views and location. The bedrooms are nicely situated. The master bedroom and one of the double rooms weee lacking in wardrobe space for hanging clothes. The fridge, although a great size, difficulty in closing the door and it maintaining cool temperature. Appreciate the time we were there it was over 30 degrees. Bath towels a little tired. Overall lovely house, would thoroughly recommend to anyone considering staying there. The railway line that is at the foot of the property doesn’t impact at all, in fact the children loved watching out for the trains.

Weekend away in Whitstable

We had the most amazing stay, the views were absolutely spectacular and the house was very well equipped. All of our guests commented on what an great property it was and they would happily return. Phil was very helpful with any questions I had, the beds were also incredibly comfortable and check in and check out instructions were very easy to follow.

Wonderful weekend

Omg absolutely loved our stay here it was just perfect for our group of 11 ladies loved the balcony especially and waking up to the view of the sea was amazing and the bedrooms were gorgeous.The walk along the beach was perfect for walking into Whitstable for oysters 😋 Thank you to our host x

Fun for all the family

Exceptionally good family space.Well equped to cook family meals. Toddlers very excited to see the trains go by. Loved the huge picture window overlooking seascape with ever changing skies.

We are Sarah and Philip and have owned this property for almost years. We regular spend weekends there with our teenage boys and are continually trying to maintain and improve the decor and furnishings for guests to enjoy. We recently replaced the sofas and redecorated and have updated some of the beds and built a new en-suit shower room. The House has spectacular sea views it being 200m to walk to the high tide mark from the front door. There is a secure garden with no direct access from the beach.
We work and live near Canterbury in Kent where the boys are still at school.
