Excellent, well located and comfortable apartment. Barbara the hostess was incredibly helpful in all aspects of the property and I would highly recommend staying here. Lovely views and easy walk down the hill to Porth Beach or across the cliff path to Watergate Bay.

Ideal location for what we needed. Apartment had everything we wanted, view was amazing. Parking was underneath, car was very safe. Apartment was immaculate, beds very comfortable. If we came back to Newquay I would definitely stay there again.

This spotlessly clean, fully eqipped property is located right opposoite the beach! We had a wonderful stay and felt completely at home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish and we had no problems. It was hard to leave and we hope to return. Highly recommended!

The moment we entered the apartment we felt at home. It was clean, well appointed with superb views across the bay. The property has its own car parking space in an underground car park with a safe storage area for surf boards etc. The main bedroom has an en-suite and the main bathroom was well equipped. The showers in both rooms were everything you’d want. All in all, we had a great trip, helped by excellent help and communication from the host.

It was an excellent apartment and we really enjoyed our stay there. It was very clean and the host was very helpful. We enjoy exploring the area and loved the sea views, especially at sun set. It was great to have our own parking space, although it was abit tight getting into the underground car park with our car. Would highly recommend the apartment!!!

A beautiful apartment with awesome views of the beach and sea from the ground floor balcony and amazing sunsets.Easy access to Porth beach, with eateries nearby. Lovely drives to Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth beaches. The apartment is a brilliant location to reach other parts of Cornwall.The apartment was very clean with everything you needed in the kitchen. Comfy beds, books, games and dvds.It had a lovely relaxed feel to the apartment and area. We felt so at home there that we didn't want to leave and booked an extra night. There is a car park available for guests that is secure and parking opposite the apartments and side road was easy.Communication with Barbara was easy with prompt responses from her.We'd definately recommend staying at Zenith and are looking forward to staying there again

Perfect place to explore the coast

Excellent place just by the beach. Beautiful for morning walks along the cliffs. Amazing views, comfy beds, two very clean bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen.

Cosy apartment in Newquay

We had a great time in Cornwall! The apartment is located at a very convenient location, perfect for wonderful sunsets and at a perfect starting point to discover Cornwall. The property is good equipped, and parking our car was also easy done in the garage under the building

Perfect location

Absolutely amazing place to stay!The location was perfect for me and my friends—just a short walk to the stunning local beaches and everything Newquay has to offer. The owner was incredibly helpful and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. We genuinely had the best time and made so many great memories. We’ll definitely be coming back. 10/10 – highly recommend!

Lovely apartment

We had a wonderful time at this lovely property. It was really clean and well appointed; in a great location away from the hustle and bustle of Newquay but a very short drive away; and the views and sunsets were absolutely amazing. We had a lovely time. The host was great. Extremely helpful and very responsive when we had a couple of minor queries. Would definitely book this again.

Beach front view amazing

We so enjoyed the beach front view apartment. Beautiful and cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Nice throws on the sofas. Location was convenient to beach and walking paths. Our hosts responded to our requests quickly and sufficiently. Five stars!!!

Great Location, Spectacular View!

Can't say enough about this flat!. Easy parking, great location minutes north of Newquay, perfect place to wake up early and take beautiful walk along the cliffs! The place has everything you need to feel right at home. Thank You so much Barbara for a wonderful experience for myself and my girls. Look forward to staying again. P.S. Don't miss the endless sunsets right from the dining room table:)

Really conveniently located apartment. It's on a well used road so there is road noise in the front part of the flat, but we knew that would be the case and the bedrooms are very quiet with the windows shut. The apartment was spotless and really well, and thoughtfully, equipped throughout. The use of a surf cage in the underground car park is also really helpful. Barbara, the owner, was massively helpful on the run up to our short stay and was very responsive to our few queries. We had a great stay. Loads to do in the Newquay area too.

Great location

This is a lovely property in a great location. We arrived late on a cold night (-6) but the apartment was easy to access and warm on arrival. Having an allocated space in the underground car park was great ( although I was glad we’d taken my Mini as access would be more interesting with a large, low car. ) The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials and more. The location is fantastic - sea views and walking distance to Newquay, but also on the coastal path. It was the perfect location for a quiet, pre-Christmas get away. Thank you Elaine.

Fantastic apartment & great location!

This is a fantastic apartment, situated directly opposite the gorgeous Whipsiderry Beach. The apartment is very well-equipped and very nicely furnished, all very comfortable and spacious for our family of four. There is underground parking with a reserved parking space, and access to wetsuits/beach toys via the owners' surf cage which comes in handy with all the nearby beaches. We are able to watch the sun set every night without leaving the apartment, pulling open the bi-fold doors and enjoying the stunning views. Newquay is well-positioned to explore the rest of Cornwall, we had a fantastic week (May 2023). Barbara was always on hand too if we had any questions, and gave us lots of useful info about the apartment and nearby attractions ahead of our arrival. You won't regret booking a stay here - thanks again Barbara and Ray!

Home from home

Sadly, we are home from our holiday, we wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful apartment which is well situated between miles of coastline. The communication was excellent. A lengthy email detailing all we needed to know about our stay and Barbara was on the end of the phone on the day and throughout the week, if needed, which we couldn’t have asked for more. The apartment is well equipped, along with lots of lovely touches to make it home from home. The views from the apartment are stunning and the bifold doors bring the outside in on those beautiful sunny days. But even if the weather turns, watching the sea from the comfort of the apartment was great. We really enjoyed exploring the area and taking the walk into Newquay and along to Watergate Bay. Thank you for making our stay one to remember, we will be back.

Lovely Seaview Apartment

The apartment is situated opposite Whipsiderry Beach, it’s a cliff top location, where you can either take the steps down to the beach or just take a cliff top walk to the right or left with beautiful views over Watergate Bay. Ideal if you’re a runner too as it’s all on your doorstep. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for your stay. Great communication with the owners who respond quickly if you needed to speak with them. As the apartment has a coastal view you have the added bonus of beautiful views from first thing in the morning to when you return from a day out, through to the evenings. It’s a short walk down the hill to Porth Beach where there are a few restaurants, cafes and even a large car park should you prefer to drive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others.

Stunning clifftop apartment with amazing views. We loved our stay here and hope to return. Everything in the property was modern, clean and to a very high standard, we genuinely cannot fault it. We had already made plans to eat out most nights however had we known how well furnished the kitchen at the property was, would have opted to cook for ourselves. Coming back early evening and opening the bifolds to enjoy the sunsets was a real treat. The location is perfect for those who enjoy getting out and about. A short 2 minute walk to Porth beach and a 30 min walk along a stunning cliff top walk to Watergate bay. We particularly enjoyed our morning and evening strolls along Porth headland, where the waves crashing against the rocks is a spectacular sight. Communication with the hosts couldnt have been better. Everything was clear and laid out ahead of arrival and they were on hand if we had any issues (we didnt). A wonderful property. Highly recommended!
