Great place with super host

What a place! Spacious inside and outside! After the welcome from Marco you feel right at home. If you want peace and quiet then this is the place. About 20min to Finale . We went here for a long weekend of mountainbiking. And what better then an hour climb to the drop-in of the rollercoaster trail and afterwards a relaxing swim in the pool and an evening of barbecuing! Very much recommended. Love to go back

Enorm genoten!

The criticisms are sometimes a stimulus to improve, but in this case they speak for themselves, there are dangers everywhere for a one year old child, you simply must always keep an eye on it, I cannot build a prison to read it. The robotic lawnmower, the poisonous plants, the fence ???? But they are different points of view. But the thing I can't accept is the criticism of cleanliness ... there are two serious women who take 4-5 hours to clean the apartment, everyone has always complimented the cleanliness. After your departure we carefully checked the cleanliness and the smell, everything was perfect! But where is the truth? The truth is in the hundreds of positive reviews we have received that give meaning to our seriousness and kindness .... out of curiosity this is the review of the other family in the same week: Perfect apartment, perfect weather, perfect hosts, perfect landscape-perfect holidays. Where can I start? When we arrived in that large, spotlessly clean and well-equiped apartment we immediately felt home. Marcos wife Manuela baked bread, we found Prosecco for us and juice for our teenage girls on the table. There is a big garden, a great Swimmingpool, table tennis, turtles and Table Football-a paradise for every guest.Marco and Manuela (superman and Wonderwoman) did everything for us. We had several problems with our car and Marco patiently visited the local car mechanic with us in order to translate. Marco and Manuela advised us what activities we could do there, recommended the nicest places and helped us whenever it was necessary. We have never experienced such great and open-minded hosts so we will definitely come back!

Vacanza perfetta!

A very nice house in the middle of a great nature

We had a really good time and enjoyed our holydays at this nice location in Liguria. The property resides on an hillside which guaranteed the sun the whole day and invites to join the nice pool or to use the BBQ. Nevertheless there are some shady places under trees which invites to relax. The "New House" has an air conditioning and its own calm corner outside which is partly roofed. Marco is a great and attentive host and gave us some interesting hints for instance whether hiking trails, nice villages or where the best beach is. The environs of Rialto is typical Italy, strikingly clean and has great possibilities for hiking or mountain biking. All in all very nice. We will come again.
