Very spacious and light apartment, with all mod cons. Great shower and beds, we all had great nights sleep even in the middle of a heat wave.It's in an ideal location for touring Cornwall, we will definately be adding it our favourites list.

Truro

The flat was clean and tidy. It is walking distance to Maplas which is a cute village you might otherwise miss. Also close to a park and cricket pitch. Bit of a walk to downtown Truro (20 mins ish?) but not bad.

Excellent base for a long weekend in Truro

The property is spotlessly clean, bright and well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The living area and kitchen are quite spacious. TV has wide selection of channels. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a roast chicken for Sunday lunch. The only thing missing was a corkscrew but we have left one. On site parking is provided but if you have no car it is an 20 minute walk into town. Overall very good.

Very nice apartment on two floors. The top floor is under the roof, so it was warm, but there are large windows front and back to allow the breeze through. The kitchen had most of what we needed - a teapot would have been nice ;)There is a washing machine on the 1st floor, which was not clear from the advertisement in FeWo. There is also a stand to dry your laundry on, which works well in the aforementioned breeze. Really useful!We only used one of the showers, which was great (by UK standards) - really powerful. Bedrooms were comfortable and there were charging cables provided on both sides in both rooms. Nice touch.Car parking for our small hire car was good but a larger car might be tricky to park in the carport. There are other spaces available around the corner though.Check in was great, really easy. Judging by the communication with the host and the facilities and information provided in the flat, we had the feeling that we were welcome as guests, which is not always the case.All in all a very good experience and Truro made a great base for exploring the west of Cornwall.

Lovely, comfortable, clean, well-appointed apartment. Great location. We had a very comfortable three night stay.Pretty close to several supermarkets. Good kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Nice decor.Great to have a clothes rack to complement the washing machine. Excellent coffee maker!There was a glitch with communication for check in but apart from that everything was excellent. The garage is very narrow and was a little bit of a challenge but we mastered it.

Gute Ausgangslage für Exkursionen ins Cornwall. Ruhige Lage mit Naherholungswert dank des Parks. Kleinere Fußmärsche vom Appartment aus möglich.Das Appartement war trotz Wärme schön kühl in der Nacht.
