Spacious and Perfectly Located Italian Charm

This was a wonderful choice for our stay in Florence. The host was extremely attentive, and the villa was very clean. Located just a 10 minute walk from the train station, and 20 minute walk to the important sites, it was an ideal stay for our group of 7 adults.

Wonderful location

This location was extremely convenient and so nearby the train station besides that our host helped us accommodate ourselves well and was always available. The lift was very helpful being that my mom can't go up to many stairs. This place is so beautiful!! I will definitely return in the future.

Better than pictures

This property was better than we expected. The photos did not do it justice. Immaculately, clean, comfortable, beautiful, and well located. We would stay here again. Communication by the property owner was excellent and timely.

Florence stay

We travelled as a family group of 5 including my elderly mother and knowing this apartment had a lift. The apartment is reasonably conveniently located in relation to exploring the sites of Florence. It was comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us. We appreciated the special touch of having a bottle of Prosecco to welcome us. We enjoyed our stay in Florence and would highly recommend this apartment.

St. James Via della scala

Very nice property, it was very close to the train station. Less than 4 blocks. Although when walking to the train station the next morning, we were hit by a homeless person that was attempting to rob us. We tried to get a cab from then on to pick us up at the VRBO and had no luck so we ended up walking to the train station and tried to be extra cautious. Not many restaurants or stores that we could find close by. We had a nice visit and enjoyed the city.

Dear kathleen, we are happy that you spent a nice holiday in our apartment in the center giving us 5 stars. As for restaurants or shops, I'm surprised to read this since I provide a list of more than 50 restaurants to my guests, both very very close by and scattered around the city! (But since I was contacted by you because you couldn't even find a laundry and there are two on the street home, one even next to our front door, I'm not surprised. I still gladly replied to you). I'm also sorry that you didn't write that you suddenly showed up 3 hours before the check in time without even having read the instructions and I still found a solution for you😊. We will be happy to host you again. Greetings

Florence Apt

The property was as good as or better than advertised and the host was very accommodating to our move-in time; even had a welcoming gift for us!!. The host for this property communicated with us exceptionally well when we had some questions; exceptional response time, willing to do whatever was necessary to address a minor issue. The apartment is fairly close to Florence's Santa Maria Novella station which made it easy (and quite cost effective) to go from the train to the apartment. An added bonus was a very delightful restaurant 3 blocks from the apartment. Both the Accademia and Uffizi Gallery are within walking distance--another big plus. The building is also in a quiet residential area which made the stay even more pleasant.

It was a real pleasure hosting Roy and his family, Roy is a kind and polite man and it was very pleasant to talk to him. The condo was in great condition upon check out and I was happy to hear Roy's suggestions. I hope your vacation in Florence was wonderful and I hope they come back to visit us. They will always be welcome! A warm greeting Roy and good luck for everything with love.

The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything my family of 8 needed. With two older adults and a toddler, the elevator to the apartment was a life saver. The host Guilia communicated with me throughout the entire check in process and was very accommodating. The location was a short walk to Santa Maria Novella train station. Many restaurants and a market were just around the corner which made things easy. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Guilia! We would stay here again next time we visit Florence.
