Near the lake

Nice 2 bedroom, 1 bath & kitchen. Elegantly decorated. Little bit of a lake view out the kitchen window. No balcony, as shown in picture. Short walk down hill to the lake area, restaurants and shops. Lovely area. I hope to return one day and stay longer.

Great spot for a local experience

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean, welcoming with a great view and in a central location. The only semi downside was the wifi in the room having trouble to get connected but the property manager provided a hotspot instead which turned out to be perfect! Also, i didnt know WhatApp would be the primary form of communication so make sure you give the number connected to that for directions in advance! Outside of that, I had an amazing experience and would definitely book again! Thank you so much!

The apartment is very antique and unfortunately, many things are already broken. Cleanliness didn't meet our standards. However, we enjoyed the wonderful view from the kitchen window at breakfast and from the terrace upstairs. The apartment is very centrally located, meaning we were right on the promenade. The landlady was very friendly and accommodating.

Nous avons été déçu pas trois points principaux. Vieil immeuble de centre ville mal isolée et climatisation seulement dans la chambre avec lit double mais pas dans les autres pièces apppartement où il faisait très chaud ..2) parking payant centre ville obligatoire soit 20 euros a rajouter en frais parking chaque nuit 3) terrasse qu’on voit sur photo est terrasse partagée commune pour tout immeuble et au dernier étage .. pas ce que nous pensions ..

The apartment is located in a historic building in the old town of Salò, rather than an old, poorly maintained property. As is often the case with historic buildings, certain structural characteristics can affect insulation. The air conditioning is installed in the double bedroom. Installing a unit in the smaller bedroom is unfortunately not feasible due to its position facing the internal courtyard. We acknowledge that the temperatures during your stay were unusually high. The double bedroom was air-conditioned, and a fan was provided in the smaller bedroom to help improve comfort. Regarding parking, the apartment is situated in the historic town centre, where public parking is available for a fee of €2 per hour, approximately 200 metres from the property. This information is provided in the listing, along with the applicable air-conditioning fee. Finally, the terrace is a shared communal space located on the top floor of the building. This is also clearly stated in the property description. We regret that these aspects did not meet your expectations. As no concerns were brought to our attention during your stay, we did not have the opportunity to discuss them with you directly. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, aber leider ohne Klimaanlage und auch die Reinigung und Betreuung lässt zu wünschen übrig

Laetitia Historic Center Fantastic view L

Absolut tolle Lage in der Altstadt von Salo. Fähranleger, die besten Restaurants, Bars und Geschäfte direkt vor der Haustür, in einem Haus mit nur 4 Parteien. Dazu eine Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf den See. Sehr gute Unterstützung durch die Verwalterin von Happy Rentals!
