Luis was very helpful and accomodating throughout the entire process. The space was very well decorated and clean and the location was very easily accesible to many parts of Lisbon.

Luis was great to work with as we booked this apartment. From planning our trip to check in and help during our stay. The apartment was centrally located. We walked everywhere and had wonderful cafes, restaurants and shopping.

This is a great spot (even though lots of tourists and crowded, it was a perfect spot to start from). We had a few minor problems which were taken care of immediately. The elevator is a huge plus and the apartment well-appointed. We would definitely recommend!

This two-bedroom apartment was perfect for our short visit to Lisbon. It was extremely clean and very spacious, more than enough for the two of us to have our own rooms (space). The internet worked well and the washing/drying machine combo made it very convenient to freshen up clothing (detergent provided!)Loved the little extra touches - the welcoming bottle of wine, fans to ensure the air conditioning made its way to the back bedroom and perhaps most of all - communication with the host. They kept us informed as our booking grew closer and personally met us while we were checking in to ensure we got settled.It's in a very central location and easy to walk to many amenities, shops, restaurants and attractions. Also very safe, good value for the price and quiet - during FIFA! I would absolutely stay here again if ever back in Lisbon.

Nice place and centrally located.

Property owners were very attentive, helpful and kind! Only issue was the bathrooms were not entirely clean, but otherwise a great experience.

As a tourist looking back on my stay for six nights in Lisbon, I have to say our stay was made so much better. because of this apartment. The fact that it had an elevator, air conditioning, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths made it a great place to retire after wandering throughout Lisbon's hills.But it was precisely because of where it was located that made our vacation so much better. The apartment is centrally located in the city, near many restaurants and with easy access to many of the tourist destinations or tour starting points.First of all, the Baixa neighborhood where the flat is located is relatively flat. So you don't have to struggle while walking around. The Praça da Figueira is two blocks away. The Rossi train station about three blocks away. The Santa Justa lift is five blocks away. The 15E tram stop, that will take you to Belem, is the next block over. The St. George Castle, and Carmo Convent are also nearby.And you are surrounded by restaurants, and even grocery stores. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the riverfront and to the swanky shops on the Liberdade Avenue. In short, you are basically at the center of it all. And Luis, who runs the place responds quickly if you have an issue. He or one of his partners will meet you when you check in and show you the apartment. From then on, enjoy your exploration of Lisbon.

Wonderful stay in Lisbon

We loved our cozy apartment in the heart of Lisbon. We were close to everything the apartment was clean with charming decor and everything we needed. Communication with Martin and Luis was great!

Lovely Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful, great location, exactly as pictured. Luis was wonderful to work with.... arranged a tour for us, restaurant recommendations, quick response on check in and how to store our luggage. Highly recommend!

Great location and Agent was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay. Luis was a fabulous host. He provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner locations and fabulous ideas of things that were a ‘must see and do’. The location of this property was ideal - close to subways, trains and busses and well within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Apartment

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our week in Lisbon. The apartment is beautiful but also very comfortable and quiet. Luís met us at the apartment to check us in and explain how to work all the appliances, and also provided restaurant suggestions and tips about the neighborhood.

Lisbon stay

Had a great couple days in Lisbon. The apartment was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Luis kept us very up to date and was very responsive to messages. Had a great food tour with João. He was very knowledgeable and really enjoyed touring Lisbon with him for the afternoon. Luis quickly arranged a nice ride back to airport as well. Highly recommend

Sweet apartment in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baixa neighborhood in this comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and the space was perfect for the four of us. We had every amenity and plenty of space for two adults and two adult children. We especially appreciated the welcoming touches, such as the bottle of wine and pasteis de nata. We had a wonderful time!

Wonderful Lisbon

The property was terrific! Centrally located! Spotless, very comfortable and a terrific crew!! Joao was our representative and could not have been better!! He was there to greet us and was always there when needed!! They have Paulo, a driver when needed and also book tours with him!! They are professionals and care about their clients. We definitely will go back thank you Martin, Joao and Paulo

Perfect location, very nice and safe apartment

Highly enjoyed our stay. The apt felt safe and is very well located. All amenities you need are included in the apt. Martin was very attentive and took care of all my questions. The secondary bedroom overlooking the street can be noisy at times (I am a very light sleeper) but nothing bad. Our 12 year old enjoyed the place and having a hotel across the street made it nice to enjoy a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Will be back. Thanks!

Great property, quiet sleep in prime location

Amazing property for family stay. Luis was super welcoming and helpful in getting us settled. The place has a lot of amenities. Prime location in Baixa-Chiado (cannot get more downtown than that) in a flat terrain which works really well for my mother who has foot issue. It's also shockingly quiet because one bedroom faces the street that is really a pedestrian street. The master bedroom faces another building, so we had great sleeps. Would defintely recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon. Close to metro (Baixa-Chiado and Rossio) and the Rossio train station that goes to Sintra. Walking distance away from the Arch and the praça do comércio.
