This 2100 sf, 3 Bedroom/2 bath home has three bedrooms and a bonus queen-sized sleeping spot in the great room. The house has five smart TVs: one in the great room, one in each bedroom and one on the back porch.

There's a king sized, four-poster bed in the first bedroom, a full-sized double four-poster bed in the second bedroom, a full-sized country pine bed in the third bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa if needed in the great room.

It sits in one of the only residential spots near Sardis Lake and is embedded in Federal Corps of Engineers land, so it's super quiet and peaceful. During summer when the lake is at its peak water level, you can spend the day on the beach to swim or fish or go for a walk at dusk to see the incredible sunset. The rest of the year, it's still great for walks and incredible views.

There's a large recreational boat launch (Clear Creek Recreational area) just a half mile away from the house if you want to bring your boat for fishing, water skiing or even to pull it around to anchor off the beach near the house.

Clear Creek is also home to an 8-mile mountain bike trail which is just 1/8 of a mile from your front door.

For game days, the route to town is along one of the least developed areas of Oxford, so not too much traffic at all.

The house is a spacious, open floor plan with a great kitchen. It has a large sub-zero side-by side refrigerator and freezer, Wolf double ovens and a very large island with seating for entertaining. It has a very large dining table that seats up to 10 if needed.
