This remodeled open concept unit can be your home away from home when visiting Puyallup, Washington. ... Puyallup is named after the Puyallup Tribe of Native Americans, Puyallup means "The generous people".
The property is in a safe quiet neighborhood. It’s the perfect center point for being able to go do a lot of different things the state has to offer like hiking, biking, golfing, sightseeing, fair events with concerts in September or staying the weekend for a wedding.
The detached Studio Unit “A” is part of a tri-plex property, the outside yard area is a share space. So smokers are ask to not book with us!
Unit is fully equipped unit has a living/sleeping area with a comfortable queen size bed. A built in breakfast nook. Full size stackable w/d located in a separate area and a full bath with walk in shower.
Unfortunately No Pets are allowed in the unit or on the property, because of my health condition. There would also be a safety concerns in the shared space’s with a service animal in training.
This detached Studio Unit A is part of a tri-plex property, so you actually have some privacy from the other Units. It’s located close to downtown Puyallup with freeway access to Seattle or Olympia within five minutes drive. The Sounder Train Stations is only .6 miles away if your interested in taking the train to a Sporting Event or concert in Seattle. You are also a short drive time away from major golf courses "Chambers Bay" or a day trip to Mt. Rainier, or NW Trek.
You can walk to the Western Washington Fairgrounds within 15 minutes while visiting small shops, stripe mall, park or stopping at Starbucks. Other events in downtown Puyallup are at Pioneer Park they host live music during the summer by various musical groups, weekend farmer's market with flowers, food, arts and crafts that you can only find in the Pacific Northwest. As a valued guest, we want to let you know that the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. Due to novel coronavirus (COVID-19) – I want to personally assure you that cleaning and disinfecting has always been a top priority for us as host.

This was the loveliest cottage and just perfect for my 10 days here at a memorial service and then visiting friends and family. Everything was right for my stay. I think anyone would be pleased to stay here 10 out of 10. My family came in for a few minutes and they thought it was pretty special as well. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful time during our visit- property was fantastic, in a quiet little neighborhood and just perfect for our stay in Washington. Property was clean and accessible, and we had everything we needed (and more!). I highly recommend staying here if you're in there area!

Excellent stay
Studio cottage is nice, perfect amount of space for the time I stayed. Property is clean & kept up nicely. Beautiful inside as well, they had everything needed as if I was living there. Highly recommend & I’ll be back to future visits.

Cozy little cottage
The cottage was in a perfect location for our visit. Check in was so easy. It was well furnished and the host was very responsive.
The only drawback for me, was the bed was a little softer than I prefer.

WONDERFUL
Unit was a cute, cozy and clean studio, just enough for a couple. Loved the neighborhood, very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. We slept very well. The area was centrally located to all the places we visited and shopped at. My cousin and her family live in the same area 20 minutes away. We had a reunion while we were there! Would definitely stay there again on our next visit if it's available.

What a great value. Rob has a wonderful place. Great location for us, as it was close to family. This place is as listed and such a great value. Check in was very simple and Rob made check out very easy. I had a few questions along the way and Rob was quick to respond. We will stay here again.

Peaceful and clean.
The property manager was very helpful and polite. The kitchen and bathroom had everything needed and more. Lovely experience overall. We will be staying there again when in the area. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Love this place!
The location was great and it was very nice to stay in. The property manager also was very helpful when I did have a question. The guidance he gave was also very welcomed and clear on what to do. But the place was magnificent. I wouldn’t mind staying here in the future.

Great quiet retreat
It was perfect. We stayed for 31 days!! Quiet neighborhood, felt very safe, unit was very clean and well stocked.10 minute walk to downtown restaurants and puyallup. Easy and nice area of town. Highly recommend.

A Quiet, Cozy Stay
The property is in a very quiet and low-traffic area, and the owners really know what they're doing managing this place! Check-in and check-out are very simple and straightforward and require minimal communication, but the owners are very communicative and helpful.
The property was also well-stocked with a number of helpful amenities, and overall it was very clean and comfortable, perfect to go back to after a day out. If you are looking for a place to stay in Puyallup, this place is great!

Fantastic VRBO!
Found this gem for my parents visiting from Arizona, needed a place with no stairs. The neighborhood is in the best part of Puyallup with walkable streets. The VRBO was clean and they had everything they could ever need here. The host was very detailed before arrival and even assisted during their stay. Hope this place is available every time they visit!

A Lovely, Peaceful Spot!
What a lovely spot, even better than I expected! The cottage was impeccably clean. Rob and his wife (and dog!) are so nice, such great hosts. It was private and the neighborhood was quiet. There is a full kitchen and plenty of things to cook with (pots, pans, air fryer, etc). There is also a laundry area and an air conditioner for the hot days. I stayed a week while I was training in the area. It was a great little spot to come back to in the evenings. I would stay here again.

Home away from home
This VRBO property was quiet and clean, with an amazingly well-equipped kitchen. The location is just a short drive to downtown Puyallup and the fairgrounds; and off-street parking is literally at the entry door. Easily understood instructions were emailed prior to arrival. We arrived after dark on a chilly night. It would have been nice if the space was warm and if the instant water heater switch had been on.

Convenient, complete, compact refuge
As a stopover for medical appointments and remodel shopping for Alaskans returning from a trip to Hawaii this was a comfortable accommodation. Having already been on the road for weeks, the washer/dryer was a godsend. Property description is honest. I will mention the drawbacks: the stove top takes getting used to; the dining table & stools or counter are not comfy; clothing storage options not optimal. But overall very functional.
