Just 50 meters from the charming village of Kalyvia on the stunning Eastern Mani peninsula, close to beautiful beaches and hiking trails.

Fully renovated with cozy Boho chic style, the villa features a spacious living room with fireplace, smart TV, fast WiFi, and an open-plan kitchen. The ground and first floors connect via indoor and outdoor stairs. Upstairs, a quiet nook with blackout curtains sleeps two comfortably.

Double-glazed windows with screens keep things comfortable, and parking for three cars is free inside the courtyard. Local bakeries and mini markets are nearby, with supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away.

Perfekt place to relax

The house is suitable for two families sharing. It is beautifully designed and left no wishes open. The living room is very spacious. The garden offers many shaddow places to rest and relax.

We want you to feel right at home. I’m always available by message, email, or phone. And just nearby, Effie and her husband Kyriakos — who live 200 meters away — will welcome you and be there for anything you might need during your stay.

It feels cozy and safe, yet you’re just a short walk from the village center. I enjoy sleeping with the windows open on summer nights, letting the cool breeze gently flow through the screens. You can easily spend days relaxing inside without ever getting bored, explore the charming village, or take quick trips to nearby spots like Limeni, Areopoli, Gytheio, the Diros caves, Sparta, and Mystras. Even day trips to Monemvasia and Elafonisos are possible. It’s the perfect mix of calm and adventure!
