Lovely cottage in recreation area

Welcome to this charming house with a red painted facade, elegantly contrasted by white window frames and doors and a black roof. A true visual delight that arouses curiosity at first glance. And it only gets better from there.

The terraces, carefully arranged around two sides of the property, allow you to enjoy both the sun and the stars, especially on the partially covered terrace with a glass roof. Imagine bright evenings and moments under the sparkling starry sky.

Inside, a spacious living room awaits, which invites nature inside through large glass facades. Keep an eye out for visiting deer that almost seem to greet. A shower room with a practical washing machine is also at your disposal, so you can keep everything fresh and clean.

A well-appointed, open kitchen quickly becomes the heart of the home, and the luxurious addition of a dishwasher makes it all the more enjoyable. In continuation of the kitchen, you will find a cozy living room with a soft sofa, a television for entertainment and, of course, a wood-burning stove that creates the perfect atmosphere.

But let's not forget where this beautiful house is located. Surrounded by a private plot, you can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere without prying eyes. The house is also within walking distance of the enchanting Boderne Beach, which tempts with refreshing swims and sunny days.

And it doesn't stop here. The house is strategically located near Aakirkeby, where you can find everything you need in the local shops. Bornholm's treasures are also easily accessible, from historical sights to scenic wonders. Go exploring and let yourself be seduced by everything this amazing island has to offer.
