Historic hideaway with all of the comforts of home, this beautiful 3 BD, 2.5 bath is ready to welcome you to Savannah. Located just a block from one of Savannah’s famed squares, Crawford, you couldn’t ask for a better part of town.

This picturesque brick home has three levels that are thoughtfully decorated. Private off street parking for one vehicle, free WiFi.

We are available 24/7

You'll feel right at home here, easy walking to Crawford Square, Screamin' Mimis (a can't miss for pizza and subs) and Broughton Street.

You have access to the entire home.

This picturesque brick home has three levels that are thoughtfully decorated. The first level includes the large living room, a gorgeous and a fully equipped kitchen. Sit down on one of the two large couches and chat or catch up on local news on the flat screen TV. There is also a powder room for your convenience. The second level includes two bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and a shared bathroom that can be accessed from the hallway. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV. The third level features the master bedroom with king bed and queen futon as well as a bathroom with jetted tub. Again, there is a flat screen TV. The large laundry room is also on this floor.

Free shuttle system throughout the historic district , bike rentals, Segway, pedicabs, horse drawn carriages, taxis.

PETS: This is a pet friendly property. If you do book please let us know how many/what type pets you'll be traveling with so that they can be approved. This property considers small dogs. There will be a pet fee added to your reservation.

Great location! Close to town, but quiet enough felt very safe being directly across from the police department. Everything was clean, tidy, and well stocked.

This beautiful home is exactly as described. Two retired couples spent 4 nights exploring this beautiful city with this as our perfectly located home base. It was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious and had plenty of seating in the LR for just hanging out. The off-street parking was a plus. My only warning is the 17 stairs up to the 2nd and then the 3rd floor. We were able to walk to all in-town locations - a great long weekend was had.

This was a great house for our girls weekend! Location and layout were perfect! We did have trouble with the thermostat it was too high tech or we are technically challenged. Overall I would highly recommend this house for a Savannah stay! Thank you

Nice, quiet, convenient place to stay

The house is beautiful and is conveniently located near Liberty street and the downtown area. Quiet enough to sleep well and very comfortable beds.

close walk to all of savannahs shops and dinning. great rooms and space, and great having a parking spot not located on the street. would definitely stay there again.

Was in town for our daughters wedding and this location was great for walking and next to police station so very safe. The house was clean and well furnished.

Gorgeous home in a great location.

We stayed at this lovely home for a girls weekend. Location was PERFECT - walk to everything. Kim was a great host. She was able to accommodate our requests graciously. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing townhouse in historic Savannah

We came to Savannah to celebrate our youngest son’s 21st birthday and wanted a place close to the historic district. This house was amazing. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations as we celebrated with our son.

The property was awesome! We visited for st Patrick’s day and the house was well located for walking to and from the festivities. The house was very clean and well appointed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for a group celebration

The apartment was perfect for group of 8. Had enough space to feel comfortable and still celebrate my daughter’s graduation. It was a super central meeting spot for all of us. Many cafes and restaurants nearby.

Weekend vacay

We stayed for a wedding. We had our dogs with us which I was so grateful for. Great location. Easy walking distance to downtown. Also a nice little playground which was great as we were babysitting a 4 year old and 8 month old while my daughter went to a wedding. Patio was also great for kids. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect house for group and beautiful location

We do a yearly trip to Savannah and this hands down will be our first choice place to stay. We had a large group of friends and still had plenty of privacy. The courtyard outside is a perfect spot for game nights and hanging out and the living room was comfy for movie nights. It was a perfect walk to both forsyth and river street. 5 out of 5 can't wait to come back!

Great location and spacious

Walking distance to so much. A parking spot (must have!) and the home was spacious and well-equipped. Communication was timely and great. Didn’t have to contact at all because the information was sent in advance. Loved the private courtyard too. Wonderful property!

Simply Perfect

This was one of the best VRBO's I have ever stayed at so far. The home was extremely clean, the layout was perfect for our family dynamic and the patio made my dad happy. Also, the location was absolutely essential for being in the heart of Historic Savannah. I know when we come back, this place will be my only option. :)

We enjoyed the whole area. Across from police station, but very quiet. There are 3 flights of stairs, so not ideal if you have issue with easy mobility. Any issues were easily taken care of immediately.

Great place - would stay again!

This is a BEAUTIFUL house. To be honest, the pictures don't do it justice. We came for the St. Patty festival and parade even though it ended up getting cancelled. The outdoor area came in handy and is bigger than it looks. The weather was great and we hung outside during the day. It was a close walk or ride to downtown River Street, $6 Uber if you drive. Plenty of places around to walk to. Communication was quick and check in was easy. We actually noticed that the police station is right around the corner which made us feel extra safe.

Perfect location and amazing home

We did a family trip. 6 adults and 1 infant. House was perfect size. Able to walk to everything and even pick up the trolley yours just a few blocks away. The parks are gorgeous near the home and getting to Broughton street was easy. My mother uses a walker and she was even able to walk to the “good areas” because the location was so convenient. The rooms were spacey and the courtyard was perfect for nighttime wine and chatting. Can recommend this place enough. We have never been to Savannah - so don’t know what to expect but we were so surprised with how amazing this place was. We will be back!
