This magnificent apartment is located in the heart of the city, specifically on Calle Tetuán, the most important shopping street in Seville.

Upon entering the apartment we find a beautiful hall that connects to the spacious living-dining room with sofas, side table, television and dining table with capacity for up to eight people. To the right of the living room, we find two doors, the first door gives access to the first bedroom that has a double bed, wardrobe and a large window that illuminates the entire room. After the second door, we find another of the apartment's bedrooms, with a double bed, wardrobe and a large window.

To the left of the living room is the corridor, which distributes the rest of the rooms in the apartment. After the first door is the second full bathroom with shower, the second door gives access to the third bedroom that has a double bed, wardrobe, full en-suite bathroom with shower and a balcony that provides plenty of light. At the third door of the corridor we find a large kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The good location of the apartment will allow you to get to know the city without using any means of transport, since it is one step away from all the monuments and places of interest. In the area of ​​the apartment you will find numerous shops, supermarkets and small bars where you can enjoy the Sevillian gastronomy.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
Arrival between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 21:00 and 00:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
