Ski to our private Sunrise lift or directly down to the Bear Mountain lodge !! SKI BACK FOR LUNCH!! True Ski-In and Ski-Out Townhouse located in Sunrise Village on the Sundog Trail in the Killington Mountain Resort. Park your car and enjoy! Great vistas from living room, dining room, master bedroom and private deck. Living room has a great fireplace, HDTV Flat Screen/DVD/VHS and a sound system with CD player. WIFI throughout . Plenty of board games for the kids. Precious time to have fun with family and friends.
Excellent accommodations for three couples or two families. A Three Bedroom, two story Townhouse with three full baths. Master Bedroom has a queen size bed, TV and a private bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a separate sauna room to relax. Second Bedroom has a queen bed and a private full bathroom. Third Bedroom has a twin bed with a pull out trundle to a king size bed when open and a set of twin bunk beds. Our townhouse accommodates eight people in the bedrooms . Full size washer and dryer in first floor bath. Linens and towels provided upon request.

Full access to recreation center which includes indoor/outdoor pool and Outdoor hot-tub, sauna, steam room, health club, fitness room, WIFI and a on site bar and restaurant. ( Winter only) Skating pond and XC ski trails on site with free use of skates, skis and snow shoes. Free access to private chair lift for Sunrise Mountain guests. Access to all six Killington Peaks via ski trails and lift. A skiers paradise.

Great Location and Condo!

Location was perfect for the ski hill. Very clean, well equipped and spacious condo. Host easy to contact. Wonderful for the entire family.

More amenities than most!

There were four adults and four children in our party and this house was just perfect for us. Our friendly host provided sheets, towels, shampoo, laundry detergent, etc. so we could pack lightly. The cookware was better than I've found in other rentals, and having spices and oil on hand made meal prep a joy. The location was fantastic! Our youngest, who is almost four, was sufficiently challenged by the free (no lift ticket needed) ski trail that looped around the complex. The indoor pool is bigger than the one at Trailside Creek where we stayed last year. I can't recommend this condo enough.

Great Spot!

Perfect location for a family with both skiers and non-skiers! Home was well outfitted and very comfortable for all 9 of us. Loved that we could jump onto the trail without having to drive to the base lodge. Kids and adults enjoyed the complimentary Rec Center w/pool and private lift/trail. Hope to return next year!

Excellent home for skiing vacation

Our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents had a great time staying in Killington. Ski in/out wasn't available but it was easy enough to drive to other lifts. We enjoyed this well stocked home and appreciated the hospitality of Bob. We will look to stay in the future.

Wonderful ski vacation at a wonderful property. Beds were super comfy, Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and then some. Location was fantastic, right on the slope. Came home for lunch every day and went right back out. Our three teenagers really appreciated the three bathrooms. :-). Host was very attentive, and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed after we arrived. Overall great stay at Killington, we will be back!

Awesome Ski Weekend!

Property was exactly as described - very comfortable for 2 families of 4, especially nice to have seating for 8 at the dining table :-). Kitchen was well stocked. Nice to have a washer/dryer and linens! Short and easy walk to ski on/off trail which was an easy green for skiers of all abilities. Wood burning fireplace made the weekend super cozy and was a bonus to have ample (and free!) firewood. Overall a great stay - would stay again!

Amazing Stay!

Great location for ski in / ski out! Property has everything you need in it and is well kept and clean. Sauna is great! Bob is a great host with a laid back demeanor, yet clear and prompt communication. We had two families with kids from 7 to 12 years old and they had the time of their lives. When we head back to Killington, will definitely try to stay again. The amenities in the Sunrise Village are a plus. Indoor and outdoor hot tubs as well as a heated indoor pool. Firewood was readily available in the unit and the Sunrise Village road crews keep the roads in great shape even during two feet of snow. If you are thinking of staying here….just do it! Let it snow!

Great condo! Would rent it again.

Very nice condo, we loved the space and layout. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace and there’s plentiful firewood supplied for condo guests. This is a ski-in ski-out unit, but to help others decide whether it’s the right unit for their group, note that it is not slopeside and there is a short walk to the slopes. Also, the top bunk of the bunk bed does not have a ladder or rail. Fine for older kids. Just a heads up for families with younger kids.

A nice stay for the preholiday ski trip

We stayed 5 days before the Christmas and left on Christmas day. The neighborhood is quite and very close to the bear mountain base lodge. However, we did not experience ski in. I do not think we can ski out. Overall, it is spacious, can comfortably holds 10 people. We only have two families total 8 people. Basic house supplies are abundant. I can see the owner is really considerate. Kids really loved lighting up the fireplace.

Killington/bear mountain condo

Overall this condo is awesome!! Probably the best stocked place we have ever rented...has that cozy mountain cabin feel....plenty of kitchen ware for cooking and eating......my only complaint would be the toilet paper was not Charmin or equivalent.....this is only a true ski in ski out when the neighborhood lift is running....but the property description stated that....so the owners were clear about that....we just missed it....extremely short drive to nearest lodge and lift....we actually hiked up many like 10 minutes and were able to ski down to lift....i would stay here again without question....thank you Bob and family

Excellent for 10 people

We planned a quick last minute NYE gateway with our family and got super lucky with this property! Pictures don’t do it justice. We all enjoyed the living area, all of us enjoyed the sauna and there was a huge jacuzzi big enough for four people I swear (lol). We loved the proximity to the slopes the most and were enjoying Killington to the fullest. For those who are planning to visit this place please know that one of the couches pulls out and is a perfect sleeping place for two. Also bring the blowup bed if you need to because there is room in the main bedroom to place it. Perfect for kids. The pool is in the sports center building and is of a decent size. Bring your slippers bring your towels. Thank you Bob for keeping your place so cute!

Warm and Wet

Our family of four booked this condo week of December 20 to December 27th. Warmest December in history of killington. We were disappointed with lack of snow, abundance of rain, but Very Happy with the condo and the owner. Condo is very clean, spacious and well stocked. Kitchen had all pots pans and utensils so we enjoyed lots of family time playing games, lazing and cook elaborate meals. The sports center was also a nice bonus. We worked out, instead of skiing and used the pool, sauna and hot tub. Bob, the owner was very responsive and understanding. He actually had agreed to Hold credit for the week or portions of if to use at a later date if we desired. Bob's understanding made it much easier for us to enjoy our week in killington, since did not feel like it was a use or lose option. The condo is located in a quiet spot with nice views and the warm weather allowed us the opportunity to take long walks and enjoy the beautiful views. We hope to return again when there is real snow, to enjoy the ski in/ ski out option.
