Our villa’s setting at the front of the gated community is a favorite among guests who want immediate, two-minute walking access across the street to Queen’s Marketplace, dining, and groceries. Because it offers that level of walkability, there can be ambient resort road activity compared to units located deeper in the complex. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us.

Excellent location in Waikoloa close to shopping and restaurants. Our family especially enjoyed the refreshing pool on the property with daily access to the Hilton pools!

Property was perfect to shops, beaches, pool. The pool was ideal for our 4 year old grandson and it felt like we had our own private pool. Being close to the shops, we took advantage of walking to the free fire show and Hawaiian dance show at dusk. Garage had ample beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. Rooms worked out well, beds comfortable. We had one night with no air conditioning, management company sent someone to fix unit and issue was resolved within 24 hours. Outside of that one glitch, everything went well and the accommodations suited our needs.

Such a phenomenal location, amazing space for family to visit, quiet pool area to ourselves and property felt like local visit rather than tourist mecca. The pool pass for Hilton was perfect we used 2 full days and explored all the pools and easy to go and added to stay. Easy walk to grocery, safe place for Hurricane Lala as we never lost power and had noooo problems with anything. Thank You for the great stay in your lovely home! Used all the snorkels, beach chairs and boogie boards too! Left a ball and some new noodles for the next group!

Lars and Sherry were excellent hosts. The property was well maintained, conveniently located, and included a pool pass to the near-by Hilton hotel. We enjoyed the stay and would go back again.

Our stay included a mix of seniors and children. Each room accommodated our needs and the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable for my father who uses a wheelchair. Everything was clean and the kids enjoyed returning to the rental to relax from our full day of activities.

Our family loved our stay here! Convenient location, our teenagers loved walking across the street to shops and Starbucks in the morning. Close to the beach and restaurants. Loved sitting on the patio in the morning and evenings. The Hilton pool pass was a great value add for our family of six. Had a minor issue with the AC but the management company was quick to respond and corrected the issue immediately. Would stay here again!

Clean and beautiful home. Quiet location and walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed making it our home for a few days. Just make sure you keep doors and windows closed at night to keep the A/C on

This was everything we expected and more. Very spacious house with super comfortable beds and amenities. Well stocked for a beach vacation. Close to shops and easy to get in and out of. The Hilton pool pass and the pool table were a big hit. This house can easily accommodate a large family as there's plenty of space. Easy check in and check out process and property management was responsive to questions. Highly recommended for families with kids

Great location for a family getaway! Our four boys loved the pool table and the Hilton pass. When the air conditioning went out after hours, the management company responded in minutes and sent by friendly and efficient Tyler 10 minutes after my voicemail, and he got it going again. The garage was stocked with a lot of beach things and coolers, so don’t buy them from Costco before checking out what is included.

We really enjoyed our stay. The Queens market had such a variety of food and we could walk there. Very convenient. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Perfect property for our family

Our kids love the pool table and everything about the place. The location is perfect, 10 min walk to the king and Queens market, and 15 min to Hapuna beach.
