What a great place to stay in Cabo! Lynne and Hugo were so helpful and welcoming. The condo had everything we needed for an amazing week in Cabo. It is spacious, clean and well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The location is walkable to everything-the beach, the marina, restaurants, and shopping.

Wonderful stay

This property beautiful and in a wonderful location. The owners have thought a of every amenity to make the stay so comfortable. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

This property is exactly as described. Walking distance to the beach and Walmart. Has many wonderful amenities provided by the owner and the roof top area is the most wonderful bonus. Would absolutely recommend this place for any family that wants to design their own fun in Cabo while having a home like atmosphere to lay their head every night.

Jason & Lynne are very responsive hosts and local support is provided by Hugo as part of a local property management company. This is an exceptional penthouse condo with a rooftop terrace that is amazing.... Wonderful accommodations, just as described, while away from town, walking and Uber are minutes away. Hugo coordinated our airport transfers, a stop at the grocery store, assistance at the unit, and even excursions. The kitchen is well stocked with all appliances, coffee makers, blenders, even a wine cooler. All beach amenities are provided, even a wagon to make the short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Cabo. Note - there is some minor road noise with the Boulevard in front and the intersection, though it's a welcome trade off to the clubs in the downtown area.

Luxury Living

For our week in Cabo, we were simply looking for a clean place to stay that was near the Marina. This place was phenomenal! Clean, stocked with everything we could need, comfortable beds, and beautiful views of the water and the mountains.

14 days of perfection in Cabo

Beautiful, clean and comfortable property. Perfect location. Hugo is a wonderful property manager. Helpful, friendly and we know the check in process and transportation will be flawless. Wonderful hosts and good communication throughout. We would love to stay here again.

Great enjoyable trip

Loved the location, Hugo was very helpful in the check-in process. We loved the hot tub and used it often. Roomy for a group of four - many places to hang out - great room with kitchen was nice for the family. Outdoor patio and second floor patio was a great place to chill out and relax. Glad we booked this and would book again!

Vibrant beach community

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cabo with so much to see and do. Everything was smooth from checking to check out. It is a lively town and Lynne’s suggestions were spot on. From a beach massage to a trip up to Todas Santos we had a wonderful vacation!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time staying here with our 3 young kids. The space was beautiful and we loved being able to walk right down to the beach or to town. Hugo was extremely helpful and set us up for an amazing whale watching tour, we saw so many whales! The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed!

Family Cabo Getaway

Only a 5 min walk to the beach. Appreciated the chairs, umbrella’s and wagon that were provided. Unit is roomy and clean. It was our second time staying these villa’s.
