Welcome to our charming and secluded three-bedroom, two bathroom villa, nestled in a quiet spot just outside the centre. If you are seeking a traditional and tranquil escape you've found the perfect retreat.

As you step into our villa, you'll be greeted by the warm and inviting ambiance that only a traditional villa can provide. The interior is tastefully decorated, featuring local elements that reflect the authentic spirit of the Algarve region. Comfort is key, and our air conditioning ensures you'll stay cool and relaxed during the sunny days.

Externally there a private garden (fully fenced) with plunge pool. There are several external areas to dine or enjoy a morning coffee and a BBQ. The roof terrace provides wonderful views and has sun loungers for those wishing to bask in the sun.

For our four-legged guests, we are delighted to be a dog-friendly villa. Your furry friends are more than welcome to join you on your holiday adventure.

Located just 1.6 kilometers from Carvoeiro beach, you have the luxury of being close to the vibrant coastal life while still enjoying the privacy and tranquillity of your own secluded sanctuary.

We had a lovely week with our family at Katharine's place. The house was functional the terraces and the pool are a plus..the little minus would be that there are not many utensils for cooking..otherwise everything was fine. Thank you!

Villa was as expected and pictures were a true reflection of the property. Everything needed for a family of 6 was available. Kids loved the plunge pool and the adults made use of the large number of sun beds available. Walking distance to town was adequate , however I would recommend a taxi back as mostly up hill. Kathryn responded quickly to messages and resolved the one issue we had with security gate very quickly. Instructions to access the villa were clear and precise. The only negative thing I would say is be prepared to bring mosquito repellent /protection for indoors and outdoors. The area around the villa seems to be affected by mosquitoes as we didn’t have any issues in the townbeaches, but we were getting stung constantly when using the poolsun beds in the villa. Overall though the whole family had a great holiday and the villa met all our expectations. Would highly recommend the Villaany property being managed by Katherine-great host!

New Years Break

The Villa is quite dated and didn't feel like it had been stayed in for a while. It smelt a bit damp and it was very cold.(I appreciate its Dec/Jan) The shower was hot on the first day but then went cold, although when I told Elite Rentals about it they did say they would send someone to have a look right away. I'm not sure if they did as the shower was only warm once then went cold again.The pillows were terrible, and the bed sheets were uncomfortable.There were no table & chairs to sit outside anywhere, which is odd as there is a nice grass area by the pool. If you just want a base to explore the area then its ok, but don't expect home comforts. Its a bit far out to walk into town (20 mins) but taxis are very reasonable. Personally I think the villa is lovely but in need of an update.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very surprised to read that you found the pillows and sheets uncomfortable as they are all less than one year old. There is a large exterior dining table with 6 chairs and sun loungers so plenty of options for sitting outside. My colleague went to check the hot water when you reported that you could not get any and found it very hot?

We enjoyed our stay in the area. The accommodation enjoys a great location, close to the beaches, with beautiful volumes and very pleasant outdoor spaces to fully enjoy the holidays. The above ground pool is a real plus to cool off during hot weather, and air conditioning brings real comfort. Communication with the host has always been pleasant and responsive. However, a few things could be improved. In particular, we were bothered by strong smells of sewage coming up in one of the bathrooms and by the gate keypad, which was not working from the outside throughout our stay. There was also an invasion of ants in one of the bedrooms. A few extra kitchen amenities would also be appreciated to cook more comfortably. With a few improvements on these different points, the experience would be even better.

Richtig schönes Ferienhaus, entspricht absolut der Beschreibung. Sehr sehr viel Platz, sehr geräumig, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwaltung war einwandfrei und eine kleine Bitte wurde prompt und proaktiv erfüllt. Für Kinder absolut geeignet. Dann sollte man aber ein Auto haben, es ist zwar nicht soo weit bis zum Strand bzw. Ort aber steil. Ist aber kein Problem, Parkplätze gibt es überall und auch kostenlos. Ich würde eh immer ein Auto empfehlen um viele wunderschöne Buchten auszuprobieren. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Das Haus ist rustikal und hier und da auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dadurch hat es einen besonderen Charme und es wird keinerlei Funktionsweise von irgendwas beeinträchtigt. Die Küche ist super groß mit riesigem Tiefkühler und Kühlschrank, was gerade in Sommer sehr hilfreich ist. Die Dachterrasse ist ein Traum. Der Pool ist super und kann mit einem Sonnenschirm gut beschattet werden. Wirklich schön da!
