On the top floor, a spectacular terrace is equipped with chairs, sofas and hammocks for everyone to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. On the lower floors, you will find an impressive living room with television, a toilet and three bedrooms with two single beds, all of them with television and private bathroom with shower. The first and second floor bedrooms also have en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped induction kitchen, located on the ground floor, opens onto the dining room and leads to a large terrace with sea views, where you can enjoy wonderful evenings with your companions at the tables, chairs and sofas for up to 18 people. . For greater comfort, all televisions have satellite channels and the whole house has air conditioning with heat pump.

The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area in Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those who are looking for a quiet vacation. Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the other hand, areas such as Port d'Alcúdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.

Near the villa itself you will find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, banks, a medical center, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, souvenir shops and so on. You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with Alcúdia and Pollença.

- Upon departure they will have to leave the property in an acceptable state of cleanliness and clean dishes. In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit (starting with 6 places, an extra 15 euros will be withheld per place up to the total capacity accommodated). The properties that have a recycling system, it is mandatory to recycle the garbage.
