Apartment in a historic building from the 19th century completely renovated with large windows overlooking the Plaza Candelaria.
The Apartment measures 50 m² approximately, with a beautiful view to the Candelaria square. It has a quiet bedroom with a double bed and a spacious and bright living area with high ceilings and with the possibility of preparing a sofa bed.
The kitchen it's full equipment with all the needs: utensils, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and a dining table for 4 people.
Comfortable bathroom with ground level shower with easy access. Shampoo&bath gel amenities are provided.
The apartment also offer Air conditioning and heating, WiFi, safe, video intercom and smart tv (fire stick).
In the common areas you will find a rooftop terrace in the top floor with tables, chairs and sofas,always open for use. Lounge and a laundry room in the ground floor with washing machines and dryers.
All floors are accessible by elevator or stairs

Plaza Candelaria It's one of the most beautiful and green squares in Cádiz, situated in the heart of the historic old town. All places of interest are within a few minutes walking distance and it takes only a fews minutes walk to cathedral, Beach, market hall and railway station.
Plaza Candelaria has been a monastery in former times: Built in 1567 but demolished in 1873 with the aim to build a public square. Nowadays you will find a variety of shops and fine restaurants. One of our favorite places is the Café Royalty, open since 1912 and has been renovated keeping the decoration of the time. A few meters from the square you will also find the classic La Manzanilla tavern from the year 1900, it is a good place to try the wines of the province.
Plaza Candelaria is also home of the famous carnival society „La Peña“, who awards prizes for the best carnival performances. For the rest of the year Plaza Candelaria is famous for his tranquillity and relaxed atmosphere.
