Swimming Pool Dimensions and Heating:

Pool heating is an optional amenity, attainable at €140.00 per week for a preset temperature of 24ºC, payable in cash upon arrival. Further heating degrees are accessible at a supplement of €20 per week per degree, culminating at 26ºC. Requests for pool heating should be made a week in advance; late requests incur a minimum charge of one week, effective from the activation of heating.

Additional Amenities:

The villa is thoughtfully equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi and a landline telephone for local calls. Cleaning and linen changes occur every 7 days, encompassing all linens and towels, including those designated for poolside use. A garage accommodating one car is available, along with parking space for up to three vehicles. Given the villa's unique location above sea level, car rental is indispensable. For added comfort during access, opting for a smaller-sized vehicle is recommended.



Booking Notes

A security deposit of 200€ or £200 is payable on arrival in cash. This is returned should there be no breakages or damage to the property.

For check-ins after 23h, a late check-in fee is charged of 30 euros, that needs to be paid in cash on arrival.
