Please note: There is a fenced pond in the garden.. The living room boasts a cosy wood burner to provide that added warmth on cooler evenings. Comfy sofas and armchairs beckon you to relax after a day of exploring Suffolks’ coastline and countryside. A well-equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with large farmhouse dining table where the whole family can gather for delicious meals. For those who prefer to dine al fresco, a charming outdoor area awaits, perfect for summer gatherings and starlit dinners. The cottage boasts several bedrooms, thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger families. Each room is elegantly furnished and offer views of the surrounding landscape. There are three bedrooms with double beds, two with en-suite facilities, and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds, dedicated to the children. There are bookcases and a play table filled with toys and games to guarantee endless hours of fun.
During the day, you can explore the nearby quaint villages, hike through scenic trails, or engage in various outdoor activities such as horse riding or cycling. And for a touch of history, visit the nearby historic landmarks and cultural attractions. Be sure to bring walking boots and cycles, great walking and cycling are available all around. The Suffolk heritage coastline has great beaches to enjoy. Covehithe Beach is a quieter beach and offers a beautiful stretch of sand, part of the Benacre National Nature Reserve in Suffolk. The waters are calm and great for a swim or paddle. With plentiful nature nearby, you’re bound to see birdlife during your day at the beach.
Explore Southwold, a fantastic Edwardian seaside town with pier, historic lighthouse and high street lined with independent shops and boutiques. RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Heath offering opportunities for spotting birds and connecting with wildlife, with excellent walks available. For great days out, visit Snape Maltings, Framlingham Castle, Halesworth Museum, Yoxford Antiques Centre and Gardens and Easton Farm Park.
