Villa Dicondra is a welcoming two-story villa in the characteristic style of the Tuscan countryside. It sleeps 15 people. From Villa Dicondra you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Villa Dicondra is 400 square meters (4300 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Giuncarico, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 2.5 km (roughly 1.6 miles) and a grocery store at 7 km (roughly 4.3 miles).
You will reach Villa Dicondra from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Dicondra you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Villa Dicondra is along a 500-meter (1640-foot) country road. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long. The pool area is fenced. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, deck chairs, sun loungers, a gazebo, an hammock and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof and by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a pleasant view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. The pool is open from the end of April until the beginning of October.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery.
Garden
The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is equipped with a table, chairs and a gazebo. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy an enchanting view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside.
Ground FloorLiving Room 1
The ceiling of the first living room boasts a brick circular vault. The furnishings are warm and welcoming, and include three sofas and a desk. The two dining tables can accommodate ten guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the garden through three French doors. The room also has two small windows.
Study
You will be able to enter the study from the living room. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. They include a leather sofa and a desk. From the study you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.
Kitchen 1
You will be able to enter the first kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate 14 guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio and the garden. The room also has a small window.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the first living room. The floor is paved with terracotta tiles. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the garden through a French door. The room also has a small high window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower.
First FloorLiving Room 2
The second living room is paved with tiles with inlaid designs. The furnishings include a leather sofa. There is a nice fireplace made of stone. The room has a window.
Kitchen 2
You will be able to enter the second kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner electric cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches).
