A beautiful, well equipped apartment in a lovely setting overlooking the marina. A perfect location to explore Plymouth and Mount Edgcumbe either on foot or by boat.

Really lovely apartment that felt luxurious and was well stocked with essentials!

It felt like staying in a posh hotel without the price tag! Would definitely stay again. Really nice place to stay in a great location and with an awesome view!

staylish and comfortable, easy to book and arrange parking and access

The apartment has a very relaxed atmosphere and is very stylish with view over the marina, great wine bar and restraints within 5 minutes walking distance. This was our 2nd visit

Great hosts and great communication. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything I needed and in a super relaxing environment.

No problems with checking in. Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom all worked well. Would have liked an espresso coffee machine with a few coffee pods.

Lovely apartment in a great location.

The RWY is such a unique location that makes it special. Easy access as well to the lovely Mount Edgecumbe park by ferry from within RWY. The James Bond theme added to the overall quality of the apartment. Free parking was a bonus.

Excellent base in a historic building for a short stay in Plymouth

Delightful apartment tastefully decorated with fabulous views out over the water. Royal William Yard has plenty of cafes and restaurants on-site. Zaneta was communicative and prompt to respond to questions. We travelled as a group of two couples so booked two of Zaneta's apartments which were close to each other on the same corridor in the building. Both apartments were of the same high standard, though with differently themed decor. Would highly recommend.

Home from home, with extra style and character.

I have stayed here a couple times now with a plan to return on a regular basis. The apartment whilst narrow is a perfect size for an individual or couple to enjoy. Milk, eggs, coffee & bread was provided which was a nice touch.The decor is stylish and I love the bond theme. The location is perfect. The facilities nearby include great restaurants and bars. The soundproofing means you are not inconvenienced by noise. Check in is super easy. Zaneta has been amazing helping with a longer stay.

What an absolutely amazing property. Fantastic accommodation and location.Amazing views. Really close to the harbor for ferries to Cremyll and the Barbican, as well as Saltash.Zaneta was very communicative and responsive. Even over the weekend on a Sunday, when I received a parking ticket despite having pre-booked parking, it turned out to be 100% on me as I mistyped my registration number when sending it to her. DOH!!!! Message to self: check your texts before hitting send.Really close to the bars and restaurants as well. Access was a breeze with the pin code locks. The shower was fantastic, the bed really comfy, as were the sofa and chairs, Unfortunately, I had to do some work over the weekend, and I can confirm the WiFi is fast and strong, with no latency or glitches, even when streaming 4K content on the smart TV.Over all 100% satisfaction. We have booked again for September!!
