True ski in/ski out, main Village location!

Our place is in the center of the action, located literally on the slopes (true ski in/ski out). You can ski/ride down to the main American Eagle lift from our owners' locker room. The American Flyer lift is next to the Eagle lift, so you have access to both sides of the mountain from this juncture. The beginner's magic carpet area is just outside the lobby door. Our location is adjacent to the central stage plaza and just a stroll away from all of Copper's Center Village restaurants and amenities.

Our location makes it easy to be the first up the lift in the morning, take a break at the condo over lunch, stop in and change clothes as the day warms up, then stop back in and freshen up before hitting the Village for apres ski. Or, you may decide to relax at the condo, in front of the fireplace and 60' TV, with spectacular views of the SKY Chutes and Ten Mile Range from the living room windows.

Our unit is an oversized one bedroom (827 square feet) that sleeps four adults comfortably (two queen-sized beds in the bedroom) - there is also a sleeper sofa in the living room that is great for kids, which can extend the sleeping capacity up to a maximum of six. The bedroom has its own private balcony. The kitchen is fully-equipped, with professional series appliances - convection oven, smooth-top stove, hood/microwave, ice maker/refrigerator, wine cooler, dishwasher, and everything else you may need. The dining area and living area are open and comfortable. The living room has a gas fireplace and a view of the SKY chutes of the Ten Mile Range. We have a 60' flatscreen TV in the living room, with a large array of cable channels.

The Summit Stage stop (free transport to the other Summit County resorts, including Breckenridge, Frisco, and Keystone) is a short stroll through the Village. You can explore the other aspects of Summit County - restaurants, shopping, sightseeing - without worrying about driving, or parking.

Copper Mountain has previously been awarded 'Best All-Around Mountain' in Outside Traveler Magazine. It has been voted 'Locals' Favorite' many years running. Experience this resort from the convenience of our condominium!

Place was great! Spacious enough for 4 adults - 2 queens and a pullout. Ideal location, easy to find, easy to park. A true ski in /ski out location. Great communication from host with parking, check in, and check out instructions. Hope to stay there again.

Wonderful location

Great condo with fantastic access to Copper and all the amenities nearby. Walking distance to slopes, Woodward, shops and dinner. Leslie is a wonderful, communicative host.

Great condo in a great location!

This was a great condo in a great location at Copper Mountain. It was clean and fully furnished. Leslie was very quick to respond regarding questions we had. We would definitely recommend this condo!

Great Location & Helpful Manager -- GREAT TRIP!

The condo is perfectly located on the slopes and in center village. The condo is comfortable and clean although the heat didn't work great (manager was very helpful at resolving issue). The ski lockers and locker room were awesome, and the underground parking was very helpful.

Unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location

The condo features an unbeatable ski-in/ski-out location and was very comfortable. Leslie is one of the best hosts I've come across. She mailed the parking garage key ahead of time so we could pull right into the garage upon arrival, and she was kind enough to upload our license plate info for us. Very personal and lightning fast response.

Exceptional location and hospitality

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO house, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the main lifts, making it incredibly convenient for anyone looking to hit the slopes quickly. However, what truly set this rental apart was the exceptional hospitality provided by Leslie, the host. From the moment we booked, she was incredibly communicative and accommodating, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Access to amenities such as the parking garage and ski lockers made our skiing trip hassle-free, allowing us to focus solely on the skiing experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stress-free skiing getaway at Copper.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable Condo

The photos on VRBO didn't do this condo justice. The property was much nicer than expected. The proximity to the slopes and lifts was excellent. The owner did a great job with communication before, during and after our rental. We appreciated all the extras she provided. A really nice part of the stay was the underground garage parking. Every night we were there it snowed 5+ inches. Not having to brush off the car, go out in the cold or walk through deep snow to access the vehicle was wonderful. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Copper Condo > Copper Mountain (the movie)

If you are looking for a true skier’s condo with a near perfect location, this is your spot. Had everything we needed and the property host (Leslie) was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We hated to leave, but definitely plan to return. p.s. The condo is stocked with vintage DVD’s, one of which is Copper Mountain. Probably the one thing about the condo that I don’t recommend…

Amazing ski in/ski out condo!

The unit is 100% clean, well put together, up-to-date and located in the best spot in Copper for skiing. Underground heated parking, very quiet at night and a superior location. The unit has a locker downstairs in a heated locker room, just walk out the back door of the locker room 10 steps, put your skis on and ski down to the lift. Ski in right to the door of the locker room. Amazing overall....nothing to change or complain about. Hope to stay here agin next year. Thank you to the owner!!!!

Excellent stay with an awesome host!

The location of the condo was ideal for our ski stay. Walked out the door, popped on the skis and were on the way to the lifts literally right next door. The return from the slopes was down Franks Favorite, dropping us right to the same door. Condo was well appointed, clean, and very accommodating. Leslie was very helpful before and during our trip, making our stay hassle-free and very enjoyable. We will mark this ski-in/out condo for our next stay at Copper.

Loved our stay! Everything was so convenient!

Couldn't ask for more in this 1 bed 1 bath ski in ski out condo. Ski down (short distance) to American Eagle and short walk over to American Flyer. We skied right to the ski locker door and could leave all our gear downstairs. The space in the garage for our vehicle was so convenient. No scraping windshields or hunting parking spaces. The condo was very well stock with essentials. Leslie was the greatest host and always available! You cannot go wrong staying here. One issue - the hot tub was closed however, sauna was working.

We've been fans of Copper for many years, and always hoped to find a condo that was right on the ski hill, at the main Eagle lift, and in the Village. This is it!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Spruce Lodge is uniquely situated right on the ski slope. It's a small building, with its own underground parking. We appreciate the fact that, although it's right in the Village, we don't have any shops or restaurants in our building, so it's quiet and smell-free; however, all of Copper's amenities are just steps away. The building is a concrete-composite, so you don't hear boots clumping as much as you would in the newer developments. Our condo is a corner unit with a balcony that looks out on the SKY chutes.

Our unit is an over-sized one-bedroom (827 sq. ft.), which has two queen-sized beds in the bedroom, a queen-sized sofa sleeper, and plenty of room left over! We have a 60' flatscreen TV in the living room, new tile in the bathroom, new mattresses in the bedroom, and new carpet throughout. The kitchen is large, with all new commercial-grade appliances. We love the fact that we can enjoy the serenity of Ten Mile Canyon out our window, then step out in the morning right onto the ski hill, with the American Eagle lift just outside the door.
