Boasting a clean and stylish aesthetic with subtle splashes of bright
colour, Manella on Kloof is the definition of classic understated
luxury. This beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment situated in
the heart of the bustling City Centre is the ideal temporary home for
holidaymakers or business travellers interested in exploring the
delights of the Mother City.
The apartment has spectacular views of Table Mountain and Lions Head
and a limited view of the harbour. The apartment is fitted with an
inverter to ensure uninterrupted WiFi and consists of an open plan main
living area consisting of a dining area and lounge with
air-conditioning to combat the summer heat. The kitchen is separate
from the lounge area and features every amenity necessary to ensure
effortless self-catering, including a dishwasher and washing machine
for guests’ convenience. Crisp white walls, high ceilings, and ample
natural light add something special to the lounge area, creating an
airy and spacious environment to relax in while enjoying your favourite
series on the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Open View and Netflix.
There are two bedrooms, one with an extra length king bed and the other
with a queen. The master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom
boasting marbled countertops and a shower, while the second bedroom has
access to the shared bathroom.
When you’re ready to explore, the City Centre is an intricate knot of
attractions that include world-class restaurants, bars, nightclubs,
museums, galleries, markets and more! With so much to see and
experience, you may want to book an extended trip.
Garage parking available is only suitable for small vehicles.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Manella On Kloof Nek
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
The Property Manager will hand over a set of keys consisting of the remote for the vehicle entrance gate, the keys for the front and sliding doors.
