The space
The window-balcony overlooks Via della Condotta, a central and popular street lined with major Italian and international fashion brands, near Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, and the Uffizi—cultural landmarks of medieval and humanist Florence.
The apartment is renovated, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Florence on short walks through the city’s historic center.
The space consists of three rooms: two with double beds and one with a sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed.
Each of the three rooms features a 55-inch TV (Netflix, YouTube, etc.), air conditioning and heating, unlimited Wi-Fi, and wireless cell phone chargers.
The apartment also features a spacious kitchen, fully equipped for six guests: a dining table, a 55-inch TV (Netflix, YouTube), a refrigerator, a microwave, kitchen furnishings, a teapot, and a coffee machine for the perfect Italian espresso.
The bathroom features a shower stall, sink, toilet, and a hair dryer.

About the neighborhood
Condotta House is located in a pedestrian zone on Via della Condotta, which leads to Piazza Signoria, Palazzo Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Arno River, and from there to Palazzo Pitti, the Boboli Gardens, and the Bargello National Museum. Paid private parking, the Bargello Garage, is a 4-minute walk from the house.

From Condotta House, Florence’s attractions are within easy walking distance: 5 minutes to Piazza della Repubblica, 7 minutes to the Duomo, 12 minutes to the Galleria dell’Accademia, and 15 minutes to the Cascine Park.
