Great place to stay in SeaPines! The property was nice and clean, eash check in/out process, included 4 bikes, short walk to the beach!

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay at this ocean oriented home in Sea Pines. We are glad that you enjoyed the location and amenities at the home. Hilton Head Island does invest in beach renourishment approximately every 10 years to make sure that our beaches are kept intact and have plenty of sand and space for people to enjoy the beaches as well as ride bikes etc. The beach renourishment project is a town and state effort and unfortunately this is not something we have control over, although during the project the beach does remain open and available to the public. This home is a short walk to the beach with a nice pool with spa with plenty of cooking utensils and plates for a large group. The furniture is also nice. Unfortunately there are a few issues with the house that bothered us:There is smell in the kitchen that never went away despite the management company coming out to try and figure it out.There is mildew/mold growing in the primary bathroom toilet area that appears to be due to a leak in the roof. There is also mildew in one of the downstairs bedrooms. It is a noticeable smell in both rooms.The downstairs bedrooms share a thermostat with the living area that is on a split level. Many of the living area vents have been closed because they are in the middle of the floor in the kitchen and dining room (you can see where previous guests have dropped food in them). As a result, it is very difficult to manage bedroom temps and living area temps.Last grill does not work properly. It only gets to 300 degrees because only back of grill gets hot. Reported to management company and the said they came to fix but they didn’t.We will return to Sea Pines, but not rent from any Vacation Company managed properties.
