PRIVATE CONTEMPORARY HOME WITH BREATHTAKING MOUNTAIN VIEWS

This is a private home nested in the prestigious Catalina Foothills area. It is 2,011 square foot contemporary home. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, cycling and hiking. It is 7 minutes away from the upscale La Encatada mall offering shopping, gourmet dining along with special events featuring music, wine tasting and art exhibits through the year. Summer daytime temperatures are about 4 degrees cooler than downtown because of our elevation and the winter nighttime temperatures run at least 5 degrees warmer because we are off of the valley floor.

The house features breathtaking mountain views, gas grill and fenced yard. Relax in the secluded pool and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have queen beds. A spacious living room with two sofas and fireplace. One of the sofas can convert to sleeping space for additional two people. The house offers high ceilings and large windows that attract in streams of natural light. Traventine floors in the common areas and carpeted bedrooms. Covered rear patio is shaded at all times of the day so you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the mountains, without worrying about sunburn. There is plenty of outdoor sitting/lounging and dinning area. WiFi and cable service is included in the rent. All linens, cooking and dishware are provided. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you would need.

Your home felt like home for my family my grandchildren and their newly met cousins had a blast in the pool, my mother and I enjoyed the hot tub once I had my 13yr. Old granddaughter turned it on for us . I had never rented a Vrbo and I learned a lot? But the Host was always available for me

Hosts were very quick to respond and very easy to work with. Property was perfect for a large family. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved being able to use the grill.

Excellent stay. The home was as described and the photos were very accurate. Owners were in touch and saw to our needs and were very pleasant to deal with. Plenty of room. The pool area and hot tub was where we spent a great deal of time and enjoyed it. Good location near shopping and restaurants. Had everything needed in the kitchen, and plenty of towels and hot water. Would recommend to anyone needing a home in the Tucson area.

The house was wonderful and the hosts were very quick to answer questions. Very comfortable home with great views. The neighborhood is beautiful. The back yard is private with a large pool and hot tub. Great to have a garage to shade vehicle from sun. Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, clean, and bright.

Great communication w/Luxury

There was a A/C issues but theHost and Hotess were very communitive and helped to rectify the issue in a timely manner. It was my birthday and we had a great time lounging by the pool and jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

Stayed here with our two adult daughters and their partners. Lovely, comfortable house and pool great for relaxing. Good places to eat nearby. We did a lot of early morning hikes and a trip up Mt Lemon all easily accessible from this area. Look forward to returning.

U of A Family Weekend

This was a perfect spot for our family and friends to stay for Family Weekend! Beautiful pool area, amazing views and sunsets, and spacious house. The hosts were easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again!
