Not much of a beach view but we knew that when we booked. The beach was just a few steps away and very quiet near the condo. Check in was easy, and leaving the final day was simple as well. The condo felt bigger than it appears in the pictures. Amenities were exactly what we needed. Location is walkable to restaurants, cvs, and bars. Definitely would rent this condo again.

This property was an excellent choice; exceptional cleanliness, close to or short drives to the sights we wanted to see, eateries, and the beach was steps away! Super easy convenience to navigate in and out of places. Host was timely in replying. On my list to stay again when back this way again! Highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Indian Rocks!!

Great place

Very quite and peaceful place, clean and nice furnishings. The icemaker tore up while we there, and the property owner brought us a couple bags of ice. Very attentive and responsive to communication.

We had a great stay at this property. The owner was very helpful and very nice. I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a clean very well decorated condo on the beach for a family of 4.

Wonderful Beach Break

We had a great beach break with family. Loved the location. Immaculate and well appointed. Close to lots of cute coffee and ice cream shops. The beach was pretty and not crowded. We came to relax and had a great time.

Excellent place for a mini family reunion

Lived this unit and location. Outside area needs some finish work after hurricane damage. Process of reserving went smoothly. Pictures of the inside of the unit were exactly as advertised. Location on the beach was wonderful. Great sunsets!

Large clean condo on the beach

The pictures are very accurate. All 3 beds were very comfortable and the living room area was perfect. The bathrooms were very nice and updated along with a wonderful kitchen. Loved having the washer/dryer and the beach chairs and umbrellas too. Could not have sat on the beach everyday without the umbrellas and chairs! The balcony was nice even without the beach view. Heated pool was great to have and the walk to the beach was crazy close. Very nice beach too! Definitely recommend unit C200!!!

Wonderful

This unit is absolutely beautiful and just steps away from the beach. It is so clean and the beds are very comfortable. The owner was wonderful to work with. An added bonus is that they have everything you need for the beach so we didn’t have to pack that with us.

Wonderful Florida Vacation

The condo was very well kept and very clean. Very spacious with lots of amenities. Wonderful beach access and wide open beaches. The grounds crew could have kept the pool up a little better where it is a shared pool among all the condos in the building, but we were there for the beach and not the pool anyways. Overall wonderful place for a family Florida vacation!

Steps from the beach

This condo is steps from the beach! The location is wonderful with many restaurants in walking distance. The condo is extremely clean and well furnished. We caught a cold spell in Florida but, there was plenty of room for my family to spread out on days the weather didn’t allow for us to head to the beach. We would book this condo again in the future!

Great Spring Break!

My family and I had a fabulous time on Spring Break! The house was a perfect size for our family of 5. The condo was very appointed and beautifully decorated. It was nice to have all the linens provided, even beach towels (this was a first for us!). We literally only needed to bring our clothes and toiletries. The condo was steps from the beach which was great. My kids enjoyed the pool in the complex as well. The beach was quiet and relatively uncrowded (especially considering it was spring break). The sand was white and the water clear. It was mostly families. We were able to walk to several restaurants from the condo. Grocery stores and additional restaurants were all nearby as well. Really nice location. The owner was extremely nice and easy to get ahold of if needed. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway close to lots of other attractions.

Great location, great condo!

We stayed here for a week over the Christmas holidays. The condo was exactly as described. It is roomy and comfortable and the walk from the door to the beach is about 40 seconds. The kitchen is decently stocked with pots and pans and things for cooking. It was a bit challenging preparing a full Christmas dinner but the kitchen was more than adequate for normal meal prep. It does come with a Keurig, but not an actual coffee maker, just FYI. We had to go to Wal-Mart and buy one for our stay here. The pool is heated. The beach is great. There are severaly excellent restaurants and ice cream shops within easy walking distance. We very much enjoyed the time and would want to stay here again the next time we visit Indian Rocks.

I was the lucky one to stumble across this new listing! I was the 1st to rent this beautiful condo and let me reassure you, it is as lovely as the pictures show. Steve was a delight to work with and very accommodating. This condo had everything you would need and then some! The beds were so comfy, the unit was very clean and the beach is right out the door! The location is perfect for walking to restaurants or ice cream and just a few minute drive from so much more. My week long vacation away from the cold and snow was even better due to this condo. I highly recommend!!!!!
