This is a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath RV park model trailer. It has a full set up, Kitchen, living and dinning areas. Supplied with towels, dishes, Bedding, and a coffee pot. This is a very nicely set up for a small family or 2 couples that would like a place to stay while visiting Arches & Canyonlands National Park or Dead Horse and Capital Reef State Parks. 35 miles North of Moab in a very nicely kept up RV Park. sleeps 5

This was great! We were just 30 minutes away from Arches NP, really nice camper, fully supplied with pots and pans, bedding, towels, even salt and pepper! It made traveling very easy.

Perfect place to stay

The location to Moab & surrounding area is great. Arches & Canyonland, book cliffs perfect. Clean and friendly staff.

Ideally Located

The property was as described. It met our needs as we were traveling between National Parks and needed a good half way resting point.

Thompson Springs

Very clean camper. Easy drive into the national parks and Moab. The price was great. Would not hesitate to stay again if back in the area.

Absolutely Amazing

Everything about our stay was amazing the Raptor was completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The whole place is kept very nice! Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful Adventure staying in an RV!

We loved sitting out on the deck watching the sunset and enjoying the fresh air. Very comfortable and clean inside. So close to Arches National Park! It was a good price too. Thank you

They where upgraded to a bigger nicer 2 bedroom 2 bath house, due to heat and air issue in the the RV they rented. at no extra charge.

Vaca with the grandkids

This property was perfect for us & our young teenage grandchilren! We enjoyed our down time watching movies at night & drinking coffee before our outings in the morning. If I am ever in the area again, I hope I can stay here. I totally recommend it.. we could have had meals here, but lazy grandma didn't want to cook! 😆

It was family friendly and the view was perfect. Everything was clean and the only downfall we just couldn’t get the WiFi to connect but the staff was very friendly and there was antelope and jack rabbits in this area.

Great location for visiting Arches, Canyonlands, etc. Comfortable and roomy for me (alone). Fantastic view out the window by the kitchen. Watched Pronghorn Antelope pass by. Nice old road to bicycle up into a canyon.

Perfect location for visiting & hiking The Arch’s, Canyonland, Moab area & Dead Horse State Park

5 wheeler camper was perfect size for 2 people. Bed was comfortable, camper well stocked with towels, all kitchen supplies necessary to cook meals. Really enjoyed the grill, picnic table & on site FREE laundry. Managers very friendly & helpful.
