The apartment is very large, nicely appointed, with a well-equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a fantastic sea view balcony. The Homely Malta staff were very helpful.The check-in should have been more seamless but the instructions, sent via WhatsApp, contained an incorrect link and lead to some confusion on our part. The parking for the complex is a labyrinth. It took a bit of navigating, and time, to be familiarised with the layout/levels.The bathrooms did not have any counter space, hooks to hang shower towels to dry, or racks/trays in the showers for soap/shampoo.The beds were very soft & lumpy. Cable TV was listed amongst the amenities of the unit. There was a Cable TV box installed/connected to the television but, there were inadequate instructions for us to connect to Cable TV. Some of the electrical appliances had problems. A bedside lamp had a short circuit - flickering on & off. The master bedroom blow dryer overheated within 20 seconds, glowing hot through the plastic housing and did not blow. The toaster settings seemed to be broken - not making a difference to the outcome - typically over toasted/ burnt. This information was passed to Homely Malta, who seemed appreciative and ready to act on the issues. On our last evening, the key box [used for check-in/check-out] was removed, apparently by building management. We notified the Homely Malta of the removal. They said that they were aware of the situation & apologised for not having told us.
