Truly perfect location for enjoying Cranberry Lake, Saranac Lake, Tupper Lake and Lake Placid. Pet friendly, yet very clean house and we appreciated the DVD selection haha. We watched a ton of Seinfeld

We stayed 2 nights. The house was clean and very comfortable. Seven of stayed. Plenty of room for all! Would have stayed longer if we had the time. We all agreed we would stay again if our travels brought us back!

Great out of the way location. Has Cranberry park down the road with a great beach you can park close and have a picnic and a swim. House has a nice large kitchen table, room for everyone. Was great for a girls weekend.

We stayed as a family of four (2 kids) and we all loved it. It was clean, the kitchen had a wide selection of dishes and cooking pans, and everything was well-explained in the check-in information. On the counter after check-in, the host provided a binder with even more information about the house and local places and things to do. Everything was as described in the listing. When we had a question, the host was friendly and responsive. We plan to stay again!

Great place - served us well for our hikes and paddles in the area. Dave was an excellent host and we’ll definitely stay again!

Well stocked kitchen, clean house, lots of videos and games. Host was pleasant and communicative. I would recommend and plan to use the premises in the future.

Perfect for what we needed

Place was clean, AC was turned on and nice and cool when we came in, all linens fresh and clean - shower was great, has a magnetic- attaching wand which we all loved - nice big table to eat at, fire pit, big grill to make our burgers Everything as described

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for my short stay. Extremely convenient to the town of Cranberry Lake where I was visiting with family. The house is easy to access, was very clean and well maintained. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area. Host was very helpful and super responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We spent the weekend with our young kids hiking mountains around Tupper and Cranberry Lakes. The kids had a great time playing around the yard when we were back at the house. The house was cozy and comfortable and had lots of options for sleeping. We'd definitely come back.

Clean and comfortable spot to explore Tupper Lake from

Cabin was clean, warm, and comfy. Kitchen was stocked with needed items. Easy parking, easy check in, quiet at night. Extra nice to have access to a washer and dryer when traveling with a toddler. While the cabin is not child-proofed we found it furnished in such a way that it was not difficult to keep both child and cabin safe. Bring a few door-knob covers and cabinet locks if your child is a more persistent explorer.

Old house with some updates, 1 bathroom. Did not like having to take our trash with us to find a place to dispose it.

Everything Provided

Property was exactly as stated. The host communicated well in advance and was responsive. There was no issue getting into the house, and instructions were clear. The only minor thing I would say is the house was musty upon first arrival, but it was fine after we opened all the windows. Plus there was some kind of tab preventing the front porch lights from being turned off, so returning in the evening was a battle with the moths and june bugs while getting into the home - it is a country remote setting, so we understood that lights on provided security to the property.

The location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. The property had everything we needed. We enjoyed board games with the kids that were available on property, wood was available to make a fire outside in the fire pit, house was clean and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

Cute place! Lots of room! Easy access to Tupper Lake - we were there for the TinMan Triathlon. Our dog was happy, lots of property to roam around. We'd stay again!
