The little cottage was exceptionally clean with a lot of nice little extras, and the host was very quick to respond. Definitely well worth it, and a wonderful place to stay!

Cozy, welcoming home at the end of the road! Martene made it easy to communicate, providing everything a guest would need or wish for! The country road is perfect for morning walks while the occasional train out back added to the cottage charm!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage. Very clean & comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We also enjoyed visiting the nearby restaurants along with Jim the Wonder Dog memorial garden & the Nicholas-Beazley Aviation Museum. Marshall is definitely a hidden gem. We will certainly stay here again when in the area.

1st time in Missouri. Very cute cottage! Comfortable bed. Everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay here again when we visit. Host very nice and prompt to respond.

Hunter Friendly Cottage!

Don and Martene are some of the most hospitable people you will come across. The cabin was perfect for our group of 4 duck hunters. Close to town and close to the ducks in a safe area!

This little cottage was just perfect for our needs. It was very clean and organized. Everything was labeled or had instructions, so we didn’t have to try and figure anything out. It was a quiet, beautiful area and not far from MVC. We hope to stay here again when visiting the area.

Quaint Clean and Cozy!

Such a cute little cottage and the property was so peaceful ! The host was awesome and attended all our needs. I highly recommend this little gem . We will definitely be back !
