The cleanliness of this home was excellent as well as the communication with the host. The location allowed us to explore IOP, Sullivans Island, Mt Pleasant and downtown Charleston with ease.

Our family of 8 came to stay here for a weekend and we will definitely be coming back! Fit all of us comfortably, we walked to the nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The access to the beach and pool were a major perk too. It was a beautiful house and the host was very responsive. We highly recommend

Terrific stay, right by the beach

We loved the house, location, and amenities. Great beach access, with everything we needed right in the home. Wonderful stay!

The host was lovely and very helpful! Can’t beat the location and the amount of space the home offers. The house could use a deep clean and a little refresh.

I personally inspect and touch up after my cleaning service gets finished. Not sure what a little refresh means. The house is constantly being updated. This year , two new full bathrooms , garage makeover just completed, new landscaping, complete interior painting , new couches and chairs , new stainless steel appliances. I’ve never received less than a 5 star review. Oh well there goes my perfect record.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house is in a perfect location: a one minute walk from the beach and the pool. It is very clean and equipped with everything we needed for a great stay!

The host was outstanding - so friendly and helpful. Accommodations were perfect for our crew. We loved the layout of the home and especially enjoyed sitting on the porches. The home was spotless and so comfortable. We would love to stay here again!

Everything was as advertised! You are only 30 yards from your feet hitting the sand! We could not have had a better experience. The host was diligent on anything we needed. Truly one of the best trips we’ve had!

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Everything was just as described. Just steps from pools and beach! Lots of beach toys and board games for kids. The property was meticulously clean. Had a few questions that were answered immediately by Perry. He even provided some recommendations for restaurants and things for families with children to do on the property. We will be returning!

Perfect Location!

This wonderful home was perfect for our family! The location is so close to the beach & the Grand Pavillion pools! Everything was clean & organized & the owner/manager was very attentive with checking to see if we needed anything! We would definitely stay here again!

Great location/lovely house

As all other reviews said, the location was fantastic. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were extremely accommodating. We loved having all the beach chairs there and enjoyed lots of beach time, as well as golf, biking, and tennis.

Great Location

Great stay for a fabulous weekend wedding for our family friend. Location in Wild Dunes is great....Couple houses from Beach and Pool and easy, quick walk to main Wild Dunes Resort area.

Wonderful house, great location

We had a wonderful vacation here and would definitely re-visit. The house had everything we could need, including kitchen staples and utensils for a family, children’s items and outdoor gear. Everything was clean, organized and plentiful. Host was super easy to contact and gave us all the info we needed to make a super easy visit.
