We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Di Toro. The property is exactly as depicted. The view was amazing. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. Communication with the host and the property manager was seamless.

Great stay at Villa Di Toro!

Beautiful property with amazing ocean views. Close to amazing beaches and close enough to Willemstad and wonderful restaurants. Our hosts were excellent. Great communication throughout the booking process and through our stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa

Property was great. Petra (manager) was great to work with and very responsive. Beautiful views and the pool was refreshing. Would stay here again if traveling to Curacao.

Villa Toro

The views are outstanding! Perfect layout for families with plenty of areas to gather or enjoy some time apart. Snorkeling just off the private beach was the best we experienced on the island! We had a fabulous vacation at this villa.

View is unbelievable!

Beautiful view looking out over the ocean. Villa is well laid out and kitchen well stocked. Lots of outdoor spaces both up and downstairs. Gated community felt very safe. Enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Views

We had a wonderful trip with our kids to this villa. We visited many of the beaches on the island but some of our favorite memories were swimming in the pool and soaking in the amazing views. The neighborhood is quiet and has some amazing snorkeling. We will be back!

Villa Di Toro is an absolutely stunning property on a hill overlooking the ocean. Every morning we woke up to the sounds of beautiful birds in the surrounding gardens and a breathtaking view of Curaçao’s blue waters. Our family of 7 slept very comfortably in bedrooms with AC, but pretty much enjoyed the outdoor living during the day…lots of seated areas to enjoy. Saltwater pool was refreshing! The area is more remote than stays closer to the city, but that’s what we liked about it! It was close to all the beaches/lagoons good for snorkeling and exploring Mt Christoffel. We felt safe in this gated community.The house has literally everything you could need…two completely stocked kitchens with upscale appliances (coffee maker was a hit!), nice cookware, beach towels, games, a cooler we used for taking sandwiches & drinks for our outings, etc. Truly one of the nicest houses we have rented. Thank you Shelsea for sharing your family’s lovely home!

Wonderful location - quiet, scenic and peaceful! Very near beautiful Cas Abao beach- a must see ! Petra was extremely responsive and helpful with any questions or problems we had. The appliances took a little getting used to. For those not fond of espresso, I‘d suggest bringing a French press. The house was clean and well kept. Water and electricity were a separate charge to be calculated and paid after the stay. We have not had this happen in previous homes and found it unusual - perhaps a good idea to encourage thoughtful usage of the resources. Great time !

AN ENJOYABLE STAY! Villa di Toro is in a lovely gated community above the sea. The outdoor space is truly amazing where we spent most of our time. The two levels are unique: one with views, the other with gardens. The pool was warm, and the 3 minute walk to the private cove for water access into the sea is special. After snorkelling a few remote beaches, we found our home base spot to be the best! The island offers much with a vibrant city of Willemstad to the remote hilly landscape of its northern national park. Westpunt, Lagun, Jeremi beach, and Playa Porto Marie all being worthy day trips. Enjoyed the restaurants: Marfa’s, Isabella’s off the beach, Komé, as well as cooking up a full tuna on the grill from the Westpunt wharf. We hope to return!! Thank you Petra and Shelsea for looking after us so well!

Incredible Stay

Our family had the most amazing stay at this villa at the end of March. The property is stunning—especially the panoramic views from the living room's large sliding door walls, which were easily our favorite part of the house. The villa is nestled in a quiet, safe neighborhood and offers plenty of privacy, with a layout that worked perfectly for our group.Every bedroom has its own bathroom (a huge plus!), and the villa includes two fully stocked kitchens—great for large families or multiple couples. The pool setup was ideal, with easy access to both the house and the master bedroom. You're also just minut away from Cas Abou Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, and close to many of our other favorite beaches on the north end of Curaçao.Shelsea (the owner) was incredibly responsive, and Petra (the property manager) was both thorough and attentive throughout our stay.A few things to note:The location is about 40 minutes north of Willemstad, so if you’re looking to frequently dine out, shop, or experience nightlife, you’ll need to plan for the drive.Electricity is an extra cost, which we were told about before the trip. However, we were only informed upon arrival that water was also an additional fee, so it would have been helpful to know that in advance.As with many rentals, starter supplies are minimal, so plan to pick up some basic upon aarriva

We stayed 2 weeks in July and liked the quiet location, close to the beaches we frequented. Small private community beaches (found by talking to residents) are tiny but good for a dip and snorkeling.Some appliances were problematic: dryer never really worked (we line-dried), some stove burners wouldn’t stay on, oven was difficult. Most aren’t labeled in English; oven & dryer weren’t in the host guide (AI helped). Coffee maker worked well and made great coffee. Grill was disappointing—one reason we booked—and needed matches to light, per the manager.Pool was great with ocean views. No shade at the pool, but the patio was perfect for getting out of the sun. We spent most time on the balcony or by the pool.Pillows were very uncomfortable and affected our sleep; other furniture was fine. Place was clean; property manager Petra replied quickly.Notes: Alexa left from prior owners raised privacy concerns (we escalated to VRBO). Exterior cameras present but we were told not in use.Solid option for the quieter side of the island if these points aren’t deal-breakers.

Nous venons de passer une magnifique semaine à la Villa Di Toro. Nous étions 4 couples, chacun avait sa chambre et salle de bain. La maison est très bien entretenue, fidèle aux photos et à la description. Très bien située pour visiter toutes les plages de l’ouest de l’île, à 30 min de Willemstead. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine avec vue sur mer. Merci à nos hôtes!
