Dream home away from home .15 min from beach and Tel Aviv. Close to everything
Our beautiful house is located between strawberry fields and orange groves and yet only a 15 minutes drive from the sandy beaches of Tel Aviv and Herzelyia and 5 minutes from Raanana .
The house is an ideal environment for a family to spend quality time together in a Provence like atmosphere and setting, while staying close to the BIG city. This beautiful house was designed by Elisheva Zur, one of Israel's prominent Interior designers. The house is featured on Israel's design magazines and has been used as a setting for a few local films. There is a beautiful Mediterranean garden with fruit trees with fruits for every season. In winter there are pecans, in autumn oranges, grapefruits and lemons, in spring plums in summer pomegranates and figs .
The ground floor has a spacious living room which opens up to the deck and the back garden .The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room. Right at the entrance there is a guest toilet.
The second floor has 3 bedrooms: a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a double bed and an adjacent bath and toilet another bedroom with a bed that opens to 2 beds it also has an adjacent toile bath and shower a third bedroom with a bed that underneath has another bed (not the same height) that can sleep 2 people and is fit mostly for kids. This floor has another shower and toilets ( 3 on the same floor) and TV corner in an open space with a wide sofa which can also sleep a single person.
There is ample parking space outside. Entering the house there is a porch overlooking the garden where we usually entertain friends or enjoy breakfast while listening to the birds on the trees. At the back garden there is a gazebo where we like to sit in the evenings and watch the sunset.
We love our house and we live in it. We rent it out when we travel and make everything possible for our guests to have the most enjoyable stay.
There are lots of things to do in Hod Hasharon. Great restaurants of all kinds of cuisines, ambient sidewalk cafes, park and generally very nice people around. This is one of Israel's finest cities and hidden gems

Everyone who comes to visit our house falls in love with it. The house was built with the idea that people that visit the house would feel right away at home. It is full of light and windows that overlook a beautiful Mediterranean garden that changes shape with the change of the season. It is fully equipped with everything to make the stay enjoyable and it is ideally located in the best part of the country ( Hasharon) close to Tel Aviv yet in a picturesque Provencal; area.
