Perfect Stay In Paradise!!

Darla and David were wonderful to deal with and always available to answer any questions both prior and during our stay at their beautiful home. The location was perfect and the unit is beautiful and very well equipped.

La Verne Condo

We had a good stay at your condo. It's a nice, well run complex with great amenities. I was initially hesitant with the condo being so close to the highway but that was never a problem and the location was perfect for us! Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to stay.

A haven for snowbirds

We enjoyed this condo very much. It is close to Desert Ridge Mall & Pinnacle Peak Off Leash Dog Park. The pools & gym in the complex were well maintained. The beds in the condo were comfortable. David & Darla responded promptly to any issues that came up. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pool and grounds were well maintained. Weekly landscape maintenance on Wednesday (light sleepers beware - they started at 730am a few times, by 8am usually). Condo was suitable for 2. Having 4 or more daily could prove cramped as there is minimal seating in the LR area. 1 chair, 1 sofabed. No direct sunlight exposure in the condo or on the patio and the patio is adjacent to the pump running (24/7) the fountain at the gate entrance. Owner kept us well advised of all activities going on during our stay, fire alarm tests, water mitigation improvements, gate maintenance, etc. Noted that there were some cobwebs in the window area of guest bedroom, and we cleaned the base of the blender before using as it was dirty and stained from previous use. All in all a decent facility, with easy access to all amenities at Desert Ridge. Occaisional vehicle/road noise from 101 which is adjacent to the complex.

I go through all the dishes i may have missed the blender but from all my other reviews they state how clean the place is! I deep clean after each guest and shampoo the carpets as well. Never had a complaint about noise in the unit. These condos were built by the best builder in Scottsdale and are extremely well built cutting out any noise inside the unit however, if you walk outside there is noise some noise from the freeway. I am sorry your experience was not stellar like my other guest but I do want to commend you for leaving the place is such good shape. I usually spend two days cleaning and this time it was only 1/2 of one day.

Don’t think twice before renting this property.

I have spend three months in this place and I’ve enjoyed my time so very much. The condo is clean, quite, safe and has one of the best locations. It has everything you need to feel home. Based on my experience I can assure you that you will not regret renting this place. The owners are very thoughtful, fair and reachable at any time. If you are reading this rest assure that this condo provides everything you need and more.

Outstanding VRBO experience

We couldn’t be happier with the rental. The location was perfect and so was the condo. The owner was very responsive and friendly. VRBO should recognize them for their conscientious care and professional responsiveness. A true delight!

Well Pleased

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is well laid out & nicely furnished, including the kitchen. It is really close to Desert Ridge Marketplace, hiking, golfing, & other points of interest. Any questions we had Darla & David quickly answered. The only negative - someone ordered this horrible Coronavirus & put a damper on our fun.

Perfect home away from home

We loved this condo and it’s location so much, we wanted to buy it. Unfortunately for us, it is not for sale. But lucky for you, it is an absolute gem of a place to call home while you’re on vacation. Hands down the cleanest condo rental we’ve ever stayed in. Both inside and out. It was in the perfect location for us to get to all the places we wanted to go. The owners are great! The microwave went up during our stay, and all it took was a phone call to them and they came right over, took measurements, bought a new one and had it installed. They are on top of things and take pride in their ownership of this condo; and it certainly shows. I would definitely rent this condo again, as well as recommend it to others who are looking for a beautiful place to call home while on vacation.

It’s a lovely, nice and clean condo.

The condo is very nice and clean. It has all the things you need. The host are incredible nice. They responded so fast, and gave us a good price since we had a long stay. I really appreciated the way they treated us. The pool is kept very clean. The personnel was nice. The shopping area nearby is great. We had a lovely stay and it’s a place I really would recommend. We would like to come back. Wish they could open for shorter stay as well.

Fabulous Property!

My stay was more than expected! I loved the roominess of the condo! The condo was spotless clean! The amenities were fabulous. I enjoyed the pool and spa; the grounds were beautiful. The owner was very helpful and suggested places to go and shop for needed grocery items. I would definitely recommend this property to stay.
