Beautiful studio is located in the heart of the historic district on one of the most desirable streets on Nantucket, walking distance to restaurants, shops and museums. It was featured in the summer issue of ONLY Nantucket Magazine.
The studio apartment is on the lower level and has a private entrance, two windows and a glass-paneled door, double bed (custom murphy bed w/ recessed reading lights and spring-loaded power arms for easy access), full bathroom with a large rain shower head with handheld nozzle, sofa, coffee table, dedicated office area with desk and chair, large Smart TV, personal AC/Heating thermostat. There is a security camera on the exterior of the building above the staircase.
There is an efficiency kitchen: top electric range, half refrigerator, plenty of cabinets, hightop table with two swivel chairs. There are two closets, dresser and a small office. The exterior has a private outdoor shower.
You can walk, bike or take a bus easily from our address.

Sisters in Nantucket
We had an amazing time. Nantucket is everything and more. Location was awesome. Property is very nice and well kept.

Studio Stay
We loved our stay at the studio in Nantucket! It had everything we needed and it was the most perfect location. It was just a short walk to restaurants, shops, the water and more. I would highly recommend this rental and location.

Great stay
Perfect spot. Close to everything. Clean, comfortable, quaint. Would not hesitate to book again. Marianne was fantastic!

Lovely location!
Such a wonderful experience staying with Mike & Marianne. They were gracious hosts, available when necessary, while also providing plenty of privacy. The location could not be better. Picturesque street walking distance to everything in town. We cannot wait to stay again!

In town little gem!
Beautiful in town studio with well appointed amenities! I had a lovely stay and Marianne, the owner, was fantastic to work with. I definitely will be returning later this summer!

Great studio, in town. So much better than a hotel.
Marianne and Mike are lovely and very accommodating. I would absolutely return again, and I highly recommend it!

Perfection!
Our stay was as perfect as a weekend getaway could be. Marianne greeted us so warmly, we felt right at home. The property was spotless and she provided us with everything we needed and more! 10/10 experience and we will certainly be staying here again!

The home is on the original site of an old firehouse back in early 1900’s. The Orange Street studio was built by the owner, a master craftsman with interior touches by the co-owner, a designer, is evident in all of the beautiful details throughout the house.
