PRIVATE LAKE MICHIGAN BEACH ACCESS, IN-GROUND COMMUNITY POOL, TENNIS, BASKETBALL, AND SAND VOLLEY BALL COURTS AVAILABLE FOR YOUR USE.
This is a well kept cottage located in Duna Vista Resort. Just minutes walking or biking distance from the LAKE!! This gorgeous 1700 sq. ft. cottage has 4 bedrooms & 2 full bathroom, It sleeps 8 comfortably! , The main floor has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom and the basement has a recreation TV room, another full bathroom, and two more bedrooms.

All furniture and appliances in this cozy cottage are in great condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, stove, toaster, Keurig, coffee maker, and blender. The cottage has linens, towels, bedding, washer, dryer & cleaning supplies. We have a streaming 4K SMART TV in the main living room, basement, main bedroom and bedroom #3. If you have any Netflix or Hulu accounts you will be able to access them while staying with us. We also provide WiFi ready for use. We will have beach chairs and coolers for your convenience. Main floor has open floor plan with a living room and kitchen. It has a cute hutch to store your gear as you enter the foyer. The main floor bedrooms have Queen size beds. The basement has a room with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and one set of bunks in it. The TV recreation room will have a futon and a second TV. This home is part of an association, so there are tennis, basketball and sand volley ball courts, and an in-ground pool available for your use as well! This is a beautiful area to vacation with so many things to do in the area from fantastic views of Lake Michigan, beautiful beaches, and beautiful paths for walking or running. We are close to the following attractions: AJs for Putt Putt Golf and go carts for the kids, Silver Lake for dune buggy rides, and Michigan Adventures. Downtown Pentwater is a 5 minute ride where it offers specialty shops and restaurants as well as band concerts on Thursday nights. Sorry, no pets! Starting after Memorial day we will only take weekly rentals throughout the summer until Labor Day. Fall, Winter and Spring we will take any rentals as required. We will work out check in and check outs with you at the time of the booking. We look forward to have you come stay with us.

House is well equipped and comfortable. It was an easy walk to the pool, beach and tennis courts. The owners are responsive and had an house manual that left no questions.

Disappointed in outside toys for grandsons. Bikes not rideable. No scooters or other equipment. No toys for the beach. We expected it to be fully supplied. Toliet tissue ridiculously cheap tissue.

We visit family in Pentwater every summer and this was the best place we have ever stayed in. The house was spotless and well maintained. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the pool and private beach access was a huge plus. This stay exceeded our expectations!

Amazing Spot

This place was amazing, it had all of the amenities you could possibly need, the host was very responsive when I had a question, it was perfect for our group! It is in a great location to some fun towns as well as having it's own verities of entertainment! Would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

Great getaway for a group of friends! Very clean and well equipped house/cottage. We enjoyed the beach with beautiful sunsets! We played golf and thoroughly relaxed!!

Awesome Stay in Pentwater

This property was amazing to stay at. Very clean, and the amenities were just as advertised. Jon was great to work with and answered any questions I had. The check in process was very easy and straightforward which was greatly appreciated. Would definitely come back and stay again!

What a great cozy place! The place was super clean, they had all the amenities you need and the beds were so comfortable! It was great for our family stay! The only thing I was a little unclear on from the description was that the lake was farther away from the house than it seemed. There are a few hills and curves to get to the lake because of the dunes. However, it was not that big of deal as it was a short drive and they have parking at the beach, and for the price of the house it was a fine trade-off. What a beautiful beach too!! It was all pure sand! It was so nice and relaxing. I loved they had fire pits on the beach too you can use! Our family loved that. You can’t beat having a fire on the beach! My kids also loved the clubhouse games and sport court. We did not use the pool so I can’t comment on that. The house also had fun board games and the flat top grill was great for cooking all kinds of things. My kids used the bikes on the quiet streets, they are older but they liked that! We also loved that AJs Fun Center was down the road with go-carts, arcade and mini golf. Being close to downtown Pentwater and Ludington was great too! Jonathon was very communicative also and so kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay and memories! I’m sure we will be back!

You can feel comfortable making a reservation here! Everything is clean and well stocked, the host is easy to communicate with and flexible. Also a quiet community and a beautiful area. Anyone would enjoy a stay in the cozy cottage!

We had another great stay. The cottage is perfect for our family of five. It has everything you might need and then some. The private beach was definitely the highlight. We'll be back again next year!

Beautiful home

We loved our stay!! The house was extremely clean, well stocked kitchen that met all of our needs. The beds were very comfortable. Beautiful setting and a very short drive to the beach and outdoor swimming pool. The hosts were very accessible if we needed anything, which we didn’t, because everything was perfect! We would definitely stay her again. Short drive to Pentwater for shopping and eating.

We had a relaxing week-long stay in August. The cottage was sparkling clean, well-stocked (kitchen supplies, board games, yard games, beach gear), and in a quiet area. The beach was very close and the water was crystal clear. The kids had fun playing on the swingset by the clubhouse and shooting hoops when the weather was too cool for the beach. We love how the cottage is located very close to downtown Pentwater, but also only a short drive to a bigger city like Ludington. This was our fourth stay and we will be back for a fifth!

The house was exactly as described. It was extremely clean and well cared for. It was a perfect fit for our 2 families with young adults. The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful and offers many amenities.

Lovely Property and Setting

We were a group of 6, 2 seniors, 4 adults, and a 3 yr old. The place was perfect for us. We were able to do all sorts of cooking, from chili to an apple pie to walleye on the Blackstone outside. The private resort beach has firepits, and we bought wood from across the street from the resort for a sunset marshmallow toast. The stars at night are amazing. On a couple days too cool for the lake, the pool was perfect. We would definitely stay in this cottage again. The hosts were great and the place was clean and charming.

Our second stay at the cottage was as memorable as the first. The property was clean, well-appointed, and big enough to let our family spread out. The private beach was very relaxing and the kids had a blast. It is located close to downtown Pentwater, but it's also a short drive to even more attractions in Hart, Ludington, and New Era. We'll be back!

Friend Weekend

Short get-together with a few High School friends couldn't have gone any better. Cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and just as advertised. Owners were spot on with returning messages and super responsive. Will rent this place again with my family. 10/10!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cute, spacious cottage. Our family so enjoyed our stay. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, in calm, pleasing colors and furnishings, and equipped with everything one needs to enjoy time together. The kitchen was a joy for my son-in-law, who loves to cook. There is a Blackstone griddle for barbecuing and a great deck with table and chairs for outdoor eating and socializing. We were blessed with beautiful beach weather for most of the days, but we also spent many fun hours at the pool. Many wonderful family memories were made during our stay the summer of 2025.

Girl's Weekend

Almost everything you needed was provided. The beach access, pool and Pickleball court was a nice bonus. Close to town. I'd recommend you bring your own bar of soap. An apron if you cook.

Our family’s connection to Pentwater runs deep. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl, spending summers camping at Mears State Park and later staying in small cottages along the lake. Some of my happiest childhood memories were made right here sandy feet, sunset walks, and long days that felt like magic.
As the years went on, my husband and I continued returning to Pentwater, building our own traditions and falling even more in love with this peaceful lakeside town. When this cottage became available, we knew it was our chance to create a place where our children could experience the same kind of memories that shaped my childhood.
We also wanted to share that feeling with others. Opening our cottage to guests allows families to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the simple beauty that makes Pentwater so special.
